What you’ll drive:

Commercial Strategy & Outcomes

• Drive cost-saving and cost-avoidance initiatives through aggressive vendor negotiations, volume consolidation, and license optimization.
• Continuously review active agreements to flag commercial risks, redundant tools, and renegotiation opportunities.
• Track and report key spend metrics, realized savings, vendor performance, and contract renewal pipelines.

Discovery & Selection

• Translate internal stakeholder requests into clear procurement requirements and specs.
• Conduct targeted market research to identify alternative vendors and benchmark market pricing.
• Lead clear RFQ/RFP processes and build data-backed comparative analyses (total cost of ownership) to guide buy decisions.

Execution & Delivery

• Own the complete purchase lifecycle: vendor sourcing, commercial negotiations, contract routing, and execution.
• Partner closely with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to resolve contract bottlenecks and maintain policy compliance.
• Manage tracking, subscription renewals, non-renewals, and administrative records across 1C ERP and Jira.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to internal teams, guiding them through procurement limits and approval workflows.
• Build pragmatic vendor relationships, resolve operational/billing disputes, and escalate performance failures early.

• 4+ years of hands-on procurement experience managing indirect categories end-to-end.
• Proven track record of independently negotiating favorable commercial terms, pricing, and SLA structures.
• Experience running structured RFQ/RFP processes and conducting total-cost-of-ownership evaluations.
• Strong working knowledge of 1C ERP systems, Jira, and advanced Google Sheets (formulas, data modeling).

• Track, follow up, and systematically document all client requests and feature updates inside CRM, JIRA, and Confluence.

Cross-Team Leadership & Expertise Transfer

• Mentor and upskill internal team members, leading training sessions for new joiners and setting up peers for successful client-facing presentations.

• 3+ years of experience on the B2B Platform Provider side in iGaming (either as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing platform role).

This role exists to ensure the technical reliability of our Engagement-CRM platform for B2B operators. You’ll help us maintain high service quality by performing initial request reviews, diagnosing technical issues using logs and admin panels, and guiding clients on correct system configurations using ready-made runbooks.
 

What you’ll drive:

B2B Core Operations & Engagement-CRM Handling

• CRM Ticket Processing: Investigate B2B requests and non-standard incidents related to user journeys, trigger events, promotional campaigns, segmentation parameters, and bonus allocation rules.
• Data & Parameter Verification: Check user data, activity statuses, campaign parameters, and bonus states in internal admin panels and via database queries.
• Support & Client Guidance: Advise L1 support teams and B2B operators on standard and complex configuration settings within Engagement-CRM.

Technical Troubleshooting & Escalation

• Log & Trace Analysis: Search and analyze microservice logs in Kibana/OpenSearch using identifiers and correlation keys (User ID, Trace-ID, Activity ID, Campaign ID) to locate the root cause of failures.
• API & Delivery Diagnostics: Inspect REST API endpoints, request/response structures, and webhooks using Postman or cURL. Use Browser DevTools (Network/Console) to troubleshoot frontend errors and verify notification delivery across Push, SMS, and Email/SMTP channels.
• Quality L3 Escalation: Collect essential technical evidence (raw payloads, log snippets, SQL records, screenshots) and prepare clear, reproduction-ready bug reports in Jira for Engineering (L3/QA).

SLA & Knowledge Sharing

• Meet B2B SLAs: Ensure compliance with response and resolution time targets for assigned L2 tickets.
• Update Knowledge Base: Keep diagnostic instructions, verification checklists, and runbooks up to date for L1 and Junior specialists based on resolved cases.

The role exists to own the mathematical models that price sportsbook markets and manage the book's risk exposure. The Senior Quantitative Analyst sits at the intersection of statistical modelling, sports domain expertise, and commercial trading judgement to build and calibrate pre-match and in-play pricing models, set margin and liability frameworks, and turn betting and market data into a measurable pricing edge. At the senior/lead level, the scope includes setting the modelling direction for assigned sports verticals, defining model quality metrics, acting as a technical authority, and mentoring mid-level and junior quants.

What you’ll drive:

Model development and market pricing

• Own the design, development, and calibration of pre-match and in-play pricing models, BetBuilder models, and Cashout for assigned sports verticals (e.g. football, tennis, basketball, esports).
• Derive full market trees from core model outputs — match odds, handicaps, totals, correlated derivatives, player props, and same-game multiples — with internally consistent probabilities.
• Model live scenarios where state changes matter: in-play score, time decay, red cards, momentum, injury and substitution effects, service games, possession-based simulation.

Risk management and market analysis

• Extract fair probabilities from competitor and exchange prices (margin removal / de-vigging) and blend market-implied signals with in-house model output.
• Define and maintain liability limits, exposure thresholds, and automated risk-mitigation rules across markets and events.
• Run Monte Carlo simulation of book outcomes to quantify tail risk on major events and accumulator/multiples exposure.
• Support the trading floor during high-liability events with real-time analysis and price recommendations.

Strategy, productionisation, and leadership

• Set the quantitative roadmap for assigned verticals in partnership with Trading and Product leadership.
• Partner with Engineering to productionise models into low-latency pricing services, and define monitoring and alerting requirements.
