What you’ll drive:

Employee lifecycle & experience

• Own and coordinate key employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding through offboarding.
• Make sure new hires have a smooth start and managers understand how to onboard and support them effectively.
• Partner with managers on mid- and end-of-trial reviews, including surveys, follow-ups and discussion of results.
• Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, documentation and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience based on feedback and recurring patterns.

   

Employee engagement & relations

• Partner with managers to strengthen engagement, retention and team health.
• Build trusted relationships with employees and proactively understand their concerns, needs and aspirations.
• Support managers in navigating complex employee relations cases and workplace conflicts.
• Handle complex employee questions and concerns independently, involving the right stakeholders when needed.

• Conduct regular 1:1s with managers and use their feedback to identify people-related risks and opportunities.

   

Performance & development

• Support managers through performance reviews, goal setting and development planning.
• Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and development needs within their teams.
• Support career development and career pathing discussions when needed.
• Identify recurring learning needs and contribute to relevant development initiatives.

• Help managers strengthen their people-management skills and apply HR tools and practices effectively.

   

Data, insights & HR processes

• Analyze HR metrics and employee data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Turn people data into practical recommendations and actions for managers and the Talent team.
• Maintain accurate employee records and relevant HR databases.
• Support the implementation and adoption of HR policies, processes and initiatives across teams.

• Contribute to improving HR processes based on data, employee feedback and business needs.

   

Manager enablement

• Educate managers on HR processes, policies, employee lifecycle practices and available people-management tools.
• Help managers interpret and use HR analytics to make better people decisions.
• Identify gaps in managers’ HR knowledge and contribute to relevant learning initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Business Partners and leaders to implement people solutions across teams.

• Communicate HR topics clearly, adapting the message and communication style to different audiences.

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Talent Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Specialist or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, development, engagement and offboarding.

The purpose of this role is to develop, manage, and optimize the HR Administration function across the company. It combines operational leadership, team management, compliance oversight, and hands-on project execution. The position ensures accurate employee records, seamless HR processes, compliant payroll processing, and efficient global HR operations.

What you’ll drive:

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Accompanying all core HR processes (onboarding, promotions, internal transfers, offboarding, relocation) in terms of documentation and paperwork.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal info, attendance, disciplinary actions) and organizational structures in the HRIS.

• Managing and scaling HR Administration operations across various targeted locations and international jurisdictions.

Team Management

This role exists to design, build, and maintain streaming data solutions based on Apache Kafka and related technologies, ensuring reliable data processing, integration, and testing of streaming applications.

What you’ll drive:

Streaming pipelines & data flow

• Build and maintain data pipelines using Apache Kafka, including topics, partitions, and consumer group tuning.
• Implement and manage Kafka Connect source and sink connectors for integrations.

Streaming application development

• Design and develop stateful streaming applications using Kafka Streams or Flink with Java (and Scala where applicable).
• Ensure data consistency and schema evolution using Schema Registry (Avro).

Quality & testing

You’ll help us maintain high service quality by performing initial request reviews, diagnosing technical issues using logs and admin panels, and guiding clients on correct system configurations using ready-made runbooks.
 

What you’ll drive:

B2B Core Operations & Engagement-CRM Handling

• Process incoming tickets: Receive and review requests from operators' teams regarding incorrect behavior or issues in the Engagement-CRM system.
• Verify system data: Check user data, activity statuses, campaign parameters, and system details in the platform's internal admin panel.
• Advise support lines: Guide related support teams and operators on standard configuration settings within Engagement-CRM.

Initial Troubleshooting & Escalation

• Isolate incidents: Search logging systems (Kibana/OpenSearch) using ready patterns (such as user ID or activity ID) to find root causes.
• Inspect frontend & delivery: Use Browser DevTools (Network and Console tabs) to identify user-side errors and verify notification delivery statuses across internal and external panels.
• Prepare complete escalations: Collect essential technical details (identifiers, logs, screenshots, error codes) and transfer verified software defects to Middle-level engineers.

SLA & Quality Focus

• Meet B2B SLAs: Ensure full compliance with internal and external response and resolution time targets for all assigned tickets.

• Explain technical errors: Translate complex system errors into simple, understandable language when communicating answers to clients.

About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Designing and implementing scalable and efficient software architectures;
• Writing, testing, and debugging complex code for new and existing software applications;
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members;

• Backend Expertise – advanced C# skills, RESTful API development, asynchronous programming, and deep understanding of design and resilience patterns (DDD, CQRS, circuit breaker, etc.);
• Database Mastery – proficiency in SQL optimization, data modeling, indexing, and experience with both relational and NoSQL databases;
• Messaging & Performance – hands-on Kafka expertise, high-load system optimization, caching, and distributed computing;
• DevOps & Cloud – solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation;

• Track, follow up, and systematically document all client requests and feature updates inside CRM, JIRA, and Confluence.

Cross-Team Leadership & Expertise Transfer

Must-Have

• 3+ years of experience on the B2B Platform Provider side in iGaming (either as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing platform role).
• Advanced commercial negotiation skills with a proven ability to build, explain, and defend financial proposals internally and externally.
• Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian; English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Deep structural understanding of the iGaming landscape, including operators' gaming sites, operational bottlenecks, and marketing challenges.

This role exists to own the technical evolution, configuration standards, and data architecture across our entire Talent technology stack. You’ll help us scale our HR efficiency by translating complex business needs from Talent stakeholders into seamless system workflows, automated integrations, and robust analytics capabilities.
 

What you’ll drive:

Requirements and Backlog Ownership

• Own the end-to-end Talent Tech backlog by scoping, prioritizing, and translating business requests into high-quality technical specifications (BRDs, use cases, user stories).
• Plan the business analysis approach, stakeholder engagement, and requirements lifecycle management specifically for Talent systems.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with Talent stakeholders to uncover underlying operational pains, identify Change Requests, and define clear project scopes.
   

Architecture, Systems and Automation

• Define and enforce configuration standards (business rules, workflows, permissions) and People data architecture, including field taxonomy, naming conventions, and governance rules.
• Identify and execute low-code/no-code automation opportunities (using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier) and API-based integrations to eliminate manual friction across HR operations.
• Execute straightforward system configurations directly while scoping complex technical builds for engineering or external vendors.
   

Delivery, Rollouts and AI Initiatives

• Lead the end-to-end technical execution of major Talent system rollouts and updates—from discovery and scope definition to UAT, deployment, and adoption planning.
• Coordinate day-to-day project tasks and backlog items for contractors and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies on HR processes, defining AI use cases, establishing success metrics, and validating post-deployment performance.
   

Data Analytics and BI

• Translate complex business questions into actionable BI requirements (for Tableau, Power BI, or Superset) and Analytics Platform specs (such as BigQuery).
• Partner with data teams to ensure People data pipelines are clean, reliable, and aligned with company reporting standards.
• Communicate project milestones, technical specs, and system performance metrics transparently to HR leadership and technical partners.

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner managing complex software/system projects.
• Strong hands-on background in writing clear technical specifications (BRDs, user stories, use cases) and process mapping (current/future-state workflow diagrams).
• Proven experience leading end-to-end software rollouts or major platform updates, from initial discovery through UAT to deployment.
• Practical understanding of system configuration concepts (workflows, business rules, permissions, data taxonomy) and data analysis tools (SQL, Excel).
