What you’ll drive:

CRM Strategy & Customer Retention

• Own the execution of CRM initiatives that improve customer retention, engagement, and loyalty.
• Develop customer lifecycle journeys for different audiences and behavioral segments.

This role exists to ensure the technical stability and data integrity of our core platform by localizing and resolving complex, non-standard incidents. You’ll help us maintain reliable platform operations by taking full ownership of deep technical triage, shielding engineering teams from unverified bugs, and mentoring junior support specialists.
 

What you’ll drive:

Deep Investigation & Core Operations

• Investigate complex failures: Autonomously diagnose non-standard platform requests, nested configuration issues, and microservice communication breakdowns.
• Determine root causes: Differentiate between platform software defects, database mismatches, and misconfigured complex settings across core systems.

• Prioritize domain tasks: Manage assigned incidents independently under strict B2B SLA constraints while prioritizing platform impact.
• Reduce reopen rates: Deliver fully validated technical solutions and configuration adjustments to prevent repeated ticket reopens.

Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship

• Build technical runbooks: Create and maintain step-by-step diagnostic workflows for L1 and Junior L2 support tiers.

You’ll help us maintain high service quality by performing initial request reviews, diagnosing technical issues using logs and admin panels, and guiding clients on correct system configurations using ready-made runbooks.
 

What you’ll drive:

B2B Core Operations & Engagement-CRM Handling

• Process incoming tickets: Receive and review requests from operators' teams regarding incorrect behavior or issues in the Engagement-CRM system.
• Verify system data: Check user data, activity statuses, campaign parameters, and system details in the platform's internal admin panel.
• Advise support lines: Guide related support teams and operators on standard configuration settings within Engagement-CRM.

Initial Troubleshooting & Escalation

Why this role exists:
The purpose of this role is to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial reporting across multiple legal entities. You’ll help build a scalable and predictable accounting function by owning the general ledger, leading the month-end close process, and continuously improving accounting operations as the business grows.

What you’ll drive:

Financial close and reporting
— Own and execute month-end and year-end close activities across multiple legal entities.
— Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and reconciliations.
— Maintain an accurate and complete general ledger.
— Support the preparation of financial statements and statutory reporting.
— Ensure reporting deadlines are consistently met without compromising quality.

Accounting excellence
— Review balance sheet and P&L accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
— Investigate variances and resolve accounting discrepancies.
— Maintain strong accounting controls and compliance with internal policies.
— Support the implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and SOPs.
— Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and reporting requirements.

Process improvement
— Identify opportunities to simplify and improve close-related processes.
— Drive standardization across accounting activities and legal entities.
— Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and financial workflows.
— Support automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.

Cross-functional collaboration
— Partner closely with Revenue, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tax, and other Finance teams.
— Support external auditors by preparing schedules, documentation, and explanations.
— Communicate accounting matters clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
— Help build reliable financial information that supports business decision-making.

What makes you a GR8 Fit:

Must-have
— 4–5+ years of experience in General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, or audit.
— Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and core accounting principles.
— Hands-on experience managing month-end close and account reconciliations.
— Experience working with multiple legal entities or complex accounting structures.
— Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with accounting systems or ERPs.
— Strong analytical thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
— Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice-to-have
— Experience in a fast-growing international company.

Why this role exists:

This role exists to protect our platform's ecosystem from financial and operational threat actors in real-time. You’ll help us maintain business integrity and user trust by owning the end-to-end evaluation of fraud signals and executing decisive risk mitigation across Sports, Casino, Payments, and KYC domains.
 

What you’ll drive:

Discovery & Decisions

• Interpret complex alerts, rule triggers, and risk model outputs to assess user context accurately.
• Apply internal logic and scoring rules independently to determine precise case outcomes.
• Identify, tag, and document unusual fraud patterns or edge cases to improve predictive logic.

Delivery & Execution

• Process high-volume risk signals in real-time, executing swift actions including limits, verification loops, or account blockings.
• Handle ticket queues related to fraud suspicions, validating bet, payout, and bonus behavior.
• Maintain structured, audit-ready case notes and documentation to support future retrospectives.
• Operate and stress-test the internal RAF toolset, reporting bugs, operational frictions, or logic gaps.

Stakeholder & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Communicate risk findings and critical case details to Payments, Trading, and Compliance teams clearly and constructively.
• Contribute regularly to the shared team knowledge base regarding new rules, tags, and fraud scenarios.
• Assist and mentor junior colleagues on operational nuances and daily queue management.

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in fraud detection, risk management, or investigations within the online casino/iGaming environment (experience with Casino products is a mandatory requirement).
• Readiness to work in a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts
• Strong foundational knowledge of fraud, bonus abuse, and risk patterns in online gaming.
• Proven autonomy in alert-based fraud detection systems—you can handle a wide queue independently.
• Proficiency with operational UI, API-based risk tools, and analytics systems.
• Upper-Intermediate English level for clear, structured cross-team communication and audit documentation.
• High psychological resilience and accountability when making high-stakes decisions under tight SLAs.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or beta tool rollouts.
• Familiarity with online casino compliance standards and integrity frameworks.
• Basic understanding of data queries (e.g., SQL) to pull and analyze transactional patterns.

Why this role exists:

This role exists to own the technical evolution, configuration standards, and data architecture across our entire Talent technology stack. You’ll help us scale our HR efficiency by translating complex business needs from Talent stakeholders into seamless system workflows, automated integrations, and robust analytics capabilities.
 

What you’ll drive:

Requirements and Backlog Ownership

• Own the end-to-end Talent Tech backlog by scoping, prioritizing, and translating business requests into high-quality technical specifications (BRDs, use cases, user stories).
• Plan the business analysis approach, stakeholder engagement, and requirements lifecycle management specifically for Talent systems.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with Talent stakeholders to uncover underlying operational pains, identify Change Requests, and define clear project scopes.
   

Architecture, Systems and Automation

• Define and enforce configuration standards (business rules, workflows, permissions) and People data architecture, including field taxonomy, naming conventions, and governance rules.
• Identify and execute low-code/no-code automation opportunities (using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier) and API-based integrations to eliminate manual friction across HR operations.
• Execute straightforward system configurations directly while scoping complex technical builds for engineering or external vendors.
   

Delivery, Rollouts and AI Initiatives

• Lead the end-to-end technical execution of major Talent system rollouts and updates—from discovery and scope definition to UAT, deployment, and adoption planning.
• Coordinate day-to-day project tasks and backlog items for contractors and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies on HR processes, defining AI use cases, establishing success metrics, and validating post-deployment performance.
   

Data Analytics and BI

• Translate complex business questions into actionable BI requirements (for Tableau, Power BI, or Superset) and Analytics Platform specs (such as BigQuery).
• Partner with data teams to ensure People data pipelines are clean, reliable, and aligned with company reporting standards.
• Communicate project milestones, technical specs, and system performance metrics transparently to HR leadership and technical partners.
   

What makes you a GR8 fit:

Must-have

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner managing complex software/system projects.
• Strong hands-on background in writing clear technical specifications (BRDs, user stories, use cases) and process mapping (current/future-state workflow diagrams).
• Proven experience leading end-to-end software rollouts or major platform updates, from initial discovery through UAT to deployment.
• Practical understanding of system configuration concepts (workflows, business rules, permissions, data taxonomy) and data analysis tools (SQL, Excel).
• Familiarity with automation/integration concepts (APIs, low-code tools like n8n, Make, Zapier) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Superset, or BigQuery).
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage, scope, and prioritize a high-volume backlog with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between business teams and engineering/vendors.

• Domain knowledge in HR processes and metrics (OKRs, KPIs, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle flows).
• Hands-on experience in ERP configuration or building directly within an Analytics Platform/Data Warehouse.

• Professional certifications in Business Analysis or Data (IIBA ECBA/CCBA/CBAP, PMI-PBA, CAP, or Power BI Data Analyst Associate).
