What you’ll drive:
 

Revenue Recognition & Reporting

• Perform monthly revenue recognition for all B2B products (Sportsbook, Casino, Platform fees, Managed Services).
• Ensure correct application of IFRS 15 principles for complex contracts, variable consideration, and multi‑element arrangements.
• Reconcile revenue data across internal systems, data warehouses, client reports, and accounting software.
• Prepare monthly Revenue Packs and variance explanations for FP&A and senior management.

Billing & Contract Compliance

• Review commercial contracts to validate billing logic, pricing models, and revenue triggers.
• Generate and validate B2B client invoices (fixed fees, revenue share, minimum guarantees, and overages).
• Monitor amendments and new product launches to ensure immediate and accurate financial treatment.

Data Integrity & Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Data, Commercial, and Finance Ops teams to ensure revenue‑related data flows are correct and complete.
• Participate in testing and validation of new features impacting revenue (new markets, new products, pricing changes).
• Support automation initiatives to improve reconciliation, reporting, and billing accuracy.

Audit & Controls

• Maintain strong internal controls over revenue processes.
• Support internal and external audits with revenue‑related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

• 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Accounting, Audit, or Finance (preferably in Tech, SaaS, Telecom, or iGaming).

What You’ll Be Driving:

• Team management: Leading and managing the Private Entrepreneur HUB team, distributing responsibilities within the PE Hub team, conducting analysis and oversight of FOP Hub team’s performance, forecasting human resource needs, team development planning; determining KPI and PDP metrics;

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams within the Sports Business Unit, responsible for delivering all sports betting content and functionality for our B2B platform. The Sports BU owns end-to-end development of sports-related capabilities, including trading, feeds, risk management, mathematical models, odds services, and sportsbook content. This role combines people leadership, technical delivery ownership, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Trading, and Platform teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performance sportsbook solutions.

What you’ll drive:
 

Strategy & Outcomes

• Own the implementation of scalable delivery processes in close alignment with the Global Delivery team.
• Drive operational efficiency by optimizing systems, tools, and workflows to enhance client satisfaction.
• Measure and analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and fuel continuous improvement.
• Partner with executive leadership to offer strategic insights for platform innovation and business expansion.

Delivery & Execution

• Orchestrate complex integration projects, ensuring cross-functional teams move in sync toward successful onboarding.
• Ship high-quality technical setups, maintaining a clear path from development to Release Management.
• Unblock daily operations by making fast, informed decisions when technical or logistical challenges arise.
• Simplify the transition between sales/onboarding and long-term maintenance phases.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Align expectations between clients, Sales, and Account Managers to facilitate long-term, high-trust partnerships.
• Communicate technical complexities to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the delivery cycle.
• Validate that client needs are met without compromising the integrity of our core platform.

People & Leadership

• Build and mentor a growing team of 10+ technical experts, fostering a culture of ownership and reliability.
• Scale the team’s capabilities as the business expands into new markets and product lines.
• Improve team motivation and collaboration through clear planning and proactive problem-solving.
   

What makes you a GR8 fit:
 

Must-have:

• 3+ years of IT Client Delivery Management experience, specifically in B2B environments.
• Full proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian, fluency in English.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ people with a genuine passion for building motivated, high-performing teams.
• Experience in iGaming industry, understanding of industry dynamics and specific.
• Solid grasp of the SDLC, Change Management, and Release Management.
• Hands-on experience applying Scrum/Agile to client-facing delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to ensure smooth execution under pressure.

Nice-to-have:

• Proficiency in Turkish.
• Experience in high-load fintech or payment platform integrations.

Why this role exists:
 

This role exists to provide first-line technical support for clients, ensuring issues are identified, documented, and resolved efficiently while escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
 

What you’ll drive:
 

Incident handling and troubleshooting

• Reproducing, analyzing, and resolving technical issues or escalating when necessary.
• Creating and managing incident tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.

Collaboration and communication

• Working with internal teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to resolve problems.
• Acting as the first line of technical defense for clients with clear, professional communication.

Monitoring and escalation

• Monitoring product stability and notifying relevant teams during urgent incidents.

• Escalating unresolved or blocked issues according to internal procedures.

  
  What makes you a GR8 fit:

•  1+ years of experience in technical support, preferably within a B2B product company or the iGaming industry.
• English B2+ and fluency in Russian or Ukrainian.
• Hands-on experience with browser DevTools (inspecting elements, checking network tabs, and reproducing bugs).
• Practical skills in analyzing logs via Kibana (ELK stack) and monitoring dashboards in Grafana.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for ticket tracking and documentation, alongside familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Full readiness to work in a shift-based schedule, including regular night shifts.
• Multitasking skills with the ability to handle a high volume of diverse incoming tickets and switch contexts fast.
