    How the sales department is structured:

    • Account Executive (Sales Manager): receives a qualified lead (SQL) with demonstrated interest in our product and budget, in CRM (HubSpot), with whom the Appointment Setter/SDR has already booked a meeting (demo call) for him.

     

    Appointment Setter / SDR ( first line managers) task:

    • Establish contact with the lead via email correspondence in HubSpot and on Linkedin, conducting a basic analysis of the lead's company and selecting relevant "cases" for him among our clients.
    • Schedule a meeting for the client with the Account Executive.
    • Enter customer data into HubSpot CRM.
    • If the client does not show up for the meeting, contact him and reschedule the meeting for a convenient time.

       

     

    What we expect from you:

    • Experience of at least 1 year in the role of SDR / Appointment Setter (first-line managers), with clients in the B2B sphere, ideally in the SaaS, IT, CRM, Automation, EdTach industry.
    • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM: 1 year of practical experience.

    The role (what you’ll own)

    • Manage daily candidate sourcing and communication for marketing roles (performance marketers, content strategists, partnership specialists, etc.).
    • Conduct HR interview to assess communication and verify profile details.
    • Maintain communication with candidate to be align with work expectations
    • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback with hiring manager
    • Keep candidate pipelines and notes updated in Team Tailor (our ATS).
    • Use automation and AI-assisted tools to improve sourcing and outreach efficiency.


    What we’re looking for

    • Proven experience in recruitment or candidate screening, preferably for marketing or creative roles across Eastern Europe.
