    We are an international B2B service company with over 1,000 clients across the US, Canada, and the EU. Our proprietary technology sits at the intersection of AI and lead generation, serving freelancers and agencies in marketing and IT.

    To strengthen our marketing team, we’re looking for a Content & Social Media Marketer with a strong focus on organic lead generation through engaging content. Your main task? Grow our reach, followers, and leads by consistently producing scroll-stopping content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Threads, and possibly YouTube. 

    What You’ll Do
     

    • Create and execute content strategies to drive engagement, reach, and qualified leads through organic SMM.
    • Produce and publish high-impact short-form video content (Reels, Stories, Shorts) and compelling written posts aligned with trends and platform best practices.
    • Design content plans for each platform and publish regularly (carousel posts, microblogs, reels).
    • Use AI tools to assist in copywriting, video creation, and editing (AI avatars, auto-subtitles, etc.).
    • Build mini organic funnels: post + CTA to lead magnet + auto-DM bots or VSLs that drive demo requests.
    • Track and improve key metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, and leads from social platforms.
    • Continuously explore and test the latest organic trends and content formats in English-speaking markets.

     Your Targets
     

    • Grow monthly leads from social channels from 50 → 500+ organic leads/month (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Threads).
    • Increase overall engagement and follower growth with a measurable content-first strategy.

     What We’re Looking For
     

    • 1+ year experience as a Social Media Marketer or Content Creator with proven organic growth success (ideally 300+ leads/month).
    • Strong understanding of what works on Instagram Reels, Threads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube Shorts.
    • Excellent copywriting skills in English (B2+ level or higher).
    • Proficiency in basic video editing (trimming, subtitling) and graphic design (banners, carousels).
    • Familiarity with AI tools for content generation, video avatars, and automation is a big plus.
    • A creative mindset with marketing intuition, you know how to turn content into conversions.

    Communication with clients is entirely in English. Stable marketing that gives more than 100 "warmed up" leads every month.

    The SDR's job is to qualify "incoming clients" and find potential clients to pass them on to sales managers.

     

    What we offer:

    How the sales department is structured:

    • Marketing: leads/requests are received on our websites and social networks, after which they leave requests and get into the CRM (HubSpot)
    • Appointment Setter / SDR ( first-line managers) : process incoming leads/applications (MQL) and qualify them for budget and need for our product (SQL). If the lead is suitable for us, the first-line manager schedules a video meeting with the sales manager.
    • Account Executive (Sales Manager): receives a qualified lead (SQL) with demonstrated interest in our product and budget, in CRM (HubSpot), with whom the Appointment Setter/SDR has already booked a meeting (demo call) for him.

     

    Appointment Setter / SDR ( first line managers) task:

    • Establish contact with the lead via email correspondence in HubSpot and on Linkedin, conducting a basic analysis of the lead's company and selecting relevant "cases" for him among our clients.
    • Schedule a meeting for the client with the Account Executive.
    • Enter customer data into HubSpot CRM.
    • If the client does not show up for the meeting, contact him and reschedule the meeting for a convenient time.

       

     

    What we expect from you:

    • Experience of at least 1 year in the role of SDR / Appointment Setter (first-line managers), with clients in the B2B sphere, ideally in the SaaS, IT, CRM, Automation, EdTach industry.
    • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM: 1 year of practical experience.
    • Knowledge of English at level C2+. Knowledge of Russian at least B1.
    • The last year of sales experience has been exclusively in English.
