We are looking for a General Analyst for our innovative AI Social Discovery product, who will identify business growth opportunities through the analysis of marketing, product, financial, and payment data. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to develop financial models, conduct competitor analysis and market research, and provide recommendations for strategic decisions. The analyst will work with cross-functional teams to increase product performance & optimize customer experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze & interpret large data sets related to marketing, product, financial, and payment data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth;
• Design and implement financial models that align with business objectives;
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions;
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey, product performance, and marketing ROI;
• Conduct financial analysis, including budget tracking, profitability analysis, and cost-benefit assessments for marketing and product initiatives;
• Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement;
• Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and performance tracking.

Hard Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Big4, IB, PE, VC, or other consulting & investment related positions;
• Ability to decompose, analyze and interpret key financial and operational business metrics;
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Financial modeling skills;
• Advanced skills in conducting research and visualizing it in the form of presentations;
• Advanced level of English.

Would be a plus:

• Basic understanding of key product metrics for mobile applications (such as ROI, customer acquisition cost, LTV).;
• Experience in using data analysis tools (such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI);
• Understanding the capabilities and limitations of major mobile intelligence services (SimilarWeb, Sensor Tower, App Annie, etc.);
• Experience with popular analytics tools for mobile applications (Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.).

• At least 3 years of experience as an IT recruiter;

• Craft engaging videos for Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok;
• Collaborate with our marketing team—working closely with a UA manager, creative producer, and graphic designer to brainstorm fresh ideas;
• Explore and experiment with AI-powered tools (image, video, lip sync, and voice generators) to push creative boundaries.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role.
• A solid grasp of composition, typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Proficiency in After Effects (bonus points if you're familiar with Figma).  - A proactive, self-sufficient approach—you know how to manage your time and get things done.

Your tasks:

• Allocation and management of advertising budgets, taking into account metrics such as ROAS, CPA, ROMI, and optimization of advertising spend to achieve maximum results;
• Conducting A/B tests and implementing new approaches to campaigns in order to identify the most effective methods of user acquisition;
• Constantly monitoring market changes, analyzing user behavior, and quickly implementing new methods and tools for audience engagement;
• Monitoring competitor strategies and adopting their best practices;
• Formulating and implementing strategies to increase the user base, selecting the most effective communication channels, defining the target audience, and creating key messages for advertising materials and creatives.
 

Our ideal candidate
• At least 2 years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing;
• Experience in dating niche is must;
• Experience with demonstrated success with native networks (eg. exoclick, trafficjunky, juicyads, etc);
• Great analytical skills and understanding of marketing metrices (ignore this position if you don't distinguish CPA and CAC and can't make pivot table);
• Experience managing monthly marketing budgets over $200,000 or more;
• Experience in traffic acquisition on the international market;
• Experience in developing User Acquisition strategies independently;
• Experience working with analytical systems (Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar).
