We're FrostNode OÜ, a young Estonian company connecting European businesses with skilled IT professionals, primarily from Ukraine.
We're looking for an Account Manager to handle client communication and make sure everything runs smoothly between our clients and IT specialists.
You don't need years of experience or a technical background. If you speak English confidently, enjoy working with people, and know how to stay organized, we'd love to meet you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Communicate with European B2B clients in English, both in writing and during online meetings.
• Coordinate communication between clients and IT specialists.
• Follow up on requests, resolve day-to-day issues, and make sure nothing gets overlooked.
• Organize online meetings and keep everyone informed.
• Prepare short monthly reports and track important updates.
• Stay available during agreed business hours when clients need assistance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• English B2+ or C1, with confident spoken communication.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A responsible, proactive approach to work.
• Ability to manage tasks independently.
• Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and similar tools.
• Willingness to learn about IT services and client management.
Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, or Project Coordination is welcome but not required.
We're open to Junior candidates, students, and people looking to move into international client-facing roles.

HOW COMPENSATION WORKS
Your monthly compensation depends on the number of active clients and IT specialists assigned to you.
You receive €300 per active client per month, plus €100 for each assigned IT specialist.
Here are a few examples:
1 client + 3 specialists = €600/month
2 clients + 4 specialists = €1,000/month
3 clients + 6 specialists = €1,500/month
4 clients + 8 specialists = €2,000/month
These are examples of potential compensation for full months with active paid assignments, not guaranteed earnings.
There is no fixed salary or guaranteed minimum income. Compensation is based on active client assignments and paid service periods. Partial months are calculated proportionally.
A BIT ABOUT US
FrostNode is a newly established company, and we're currently building our client portfolio.
We're looking for someone who would be interested in joining us as client assignments become available. There is no guaranteed paid workload at the beginning.
You won't need to sit in front of your computer all day. What matters is staying available when needed, communicating clearly, and making sure your clients are taken care of.
We're not looking for a perfect CV. We're looking for someone reliable, easy to communicate with, and willing to learn.
