Requirements

• Expert-level expertise in working with expired/drop domains: full command of all types of drop-domain strategies, ability to select the optimal setup for a specific domain and objective, and accurately forecast outcomes.
• Development of proprietary domain screening and evaluation systems: formalized criteria, weighted scoring models, automated or semi-automated validation workflows.
• Deep expertise in backlink profile analysis: ability to identify complex manipulations (multi-layered schemes, artificial growth patterns, “washed” domains), and assess the long-term sustainability of domain authority.
• Proven experience in building and scaling PBN networks (full-cycle management).
• Strategic thinking: ability to build long-term strategies tailored to specific markets, account for regulatory risks, and adapt quickly to algorithm updates.
• Expert-level semantic analysis: deep understanding of SERP dynamics across keyword clusters, ability to identify undervalued clusters with low competition and high growth potential.
• Technical SEO expertise at the architectural level: designing drop-site structures, managing crawl budget across large-scale networks, working with log files, and rendering optimization.
• Infrastructure management: design and administration of server infrastructure for drop networks (VPS, dedicated servers, IP rotation, CDN, Cloudflare), large-scale DNS management.
• Hands-on experience with process automation: Python (parsing, domain data processing, monitoring), integration of Ahrefs / Majestic / GSC APIs into proprietary dashboards.

  Key Responsibilities

What is the Role About

As HR Lead, you will own the end-to-end people agenda of the company — with a primary mandate to build nomo's hiring engine and employer brand across all our geographies.

What You Will Do:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (primary focus)

• Own and deliver the end-to-end hiring plan across all functions and geographies, including senior and executive roles
• Build, lead, and develop the in-house recruitment team (recruiters, sourcers, coordinators) as headcount grows
• Design and continuously optimize the full recruitment funnel — from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding handover

HR Business Partnering & People Operations

• Partner with the CEO, COO, and functional leaders as the trusted people advisor on organizational design, team health, and leadership effectiveness

• Design, implement, and continuously evolve HR policies, employee handbook, and internal processes fit for an international distributed organization

What you bring:

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Java Engineer to lead the integration and enhancement of a recently acquired Payment Hub into our existing payments platform — ~232 PSP integrations, a cashier tier, and a set of core services running on EKS (AWS eu-central-1, ARM64) with GCP as a secondary region. You'll architect and build high-throughput backend services on modern Java and Spring Boot 3.x, onboard and mentor mid- and junior-level engineers, drive engineering standards, and partner with DevOps and Architects to deliver scalable, fault-tolerant solutions under real payment SLAs.

• 5+ years of backend Java experience; we run mostly Java 23 with newer services on Java 25, so fluency in modern Java (17+) is required.
• Production experience with Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Cloud, and the wider Spring ecosystem (Security, Data, OpenFeign, Actuator).
• Hands-on Apache Camel for EAI/integration — route design, DSL, and operating Camel under load (this is the integration backbone for our PSP tier).
