У зв'язку з розширенням шукаємо Affiliate Manager, який стане важливою частиною нашої команди.
 

Обов'язки:

• Активне залучення, утримання та розвиток співпраці з вебмайстрами
• Взаємодія з партнерами на всіх етапах співробітництва, забезпечення ефективної комунікації
• Інтеграція продуктів та координація роботи з партнерськими мережами/вебмайстрами
• Оперативне вирішення технічних питань
• Моніторинг загального стану системи та її показників
• Участь у розробці та впровадженні стратегії просування партнерської програми
• Співпраця з іншими відділами для досягнення загальних цілей
   

Вимоги:

• Глибоке розуміння принципів affiliate-маркетингу
• Впевнені навички ведення переговорів і грамотна письмова англійська та українська мова
• Досвід роботи у партнерському маркетингу, digital-агентствах або на великих онлайн-платформах
• Розуміння моделей CPC/CPM/CPA/RevShare
• Практичний досвід роботи з трекінговими системами та TDS
• Інтерес до професійного розвитку та бажання вдосконалювати свої навички
• Навички створення рекламних матеріалів (лендінги, банери тощо)
• Аналітичне мислення, старанність і готовність до навчання

 About the Role:
•  Працювати з Tier1/Tier2 ринками, знаходити ефективні підходи під конкретні аудиторії, тестувати нові формати і партнерів, розширювати медіамікс.
• Дослідження джерел трафіку та переговорів з агенціями до контролю якості трафіку, масштабування, оптимізації ставок і креативів.
• Планувати, запускати й розширювати кампанії в advertising networks (Native/Push/Pops/Display/Video), знаходити стабільні зв'язки та доводити їх від тесту до великих бюджетів.

 Duties and Responsibilities:
• Планування, запуск та масштабування рекламних кампаній у провідних рекламних мережах (Native, Push, Pops, Display, Video).
• Взаємодія з локальними та міжнародними агенціями, які спеціалізуються на медійній рекламі (Pre rolls, banners, stickers, etc).
• Управління повним циклом закупівлі трафіку: від тестування до масштабування та оптимізації.
• Робота з рекламними платформами.
• Постійна аналітика кампаній, оптимізація ставок, аудиторій та креативів на основі KPI (CTR, ROI, CPA).
• Пошук і тестування нових джерел трафіку, форматів та підходів.
• Тісна взаємодія з командою дизайнерів для створення ефективних креативів.
• Робота з трекерами та системами аналітики для детального відстеження ефективності.
• Формування звітів і прогнозів для менеджменту щодо ефективності кампаній.

 Required Hard/Soft Skills:
• Досвід від 1,5-2 років на позиції Media Buyer з фокусом на advertising networks і mediabuying agencies.

•  Досвід роботи з рекламними мережами Trafficjunky, Exoclick, Propeller etc
• Досвід закупівлі трафіку країн Tier1 та Tier2.
•  Впевнене володіння основними видами рекламного трафіку: Native, Push, Pops, Display, Video, Media advertising.
• Практичний досвід роботи з трекерами та розуміння воронок монетизації.
• Глибоке розуміння показників ефективності: CPA, CTR, ROI, CR, ARPPU тощо.
•  Вміння швидко адаптувати стратегії під змінні умови ринку або продукту.
•  Досвід масштабування кампаній від тестового до великого бюджету.
• Сильні аналітичні навички, досвід A/B тестування.
• Досвід управління бюджетом та звітності для фінансових/маркетингових команд.
