We're a small family of consumer brands built around quality, integrity, and doing things a little differently. Together we operate across three categories: organic functional foods; natural pet nutrition; and premium gourmet food brand for discerning, quality-driven customers. Each brand has a distinct voice and audience, but they share a commitment to authenticity, which is exactly why creator content matters so much to how we grow.

The Role

We're hiring a Social Media Content Editor to turn briefs and raw footage, think founder-led videos, recipe/product demos, and brand shoots, into polished, scroll-stopping content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts. This isn't just cutting timelines together, you're expected to know what's working on TikTok right now and shape edits accordingly, not just execute a brief literally.

What You'll Do

Editing

• Assemble short-form videos from creative briefs and existing footage (founder content, recipe/product videos, brand shoots, raw B-roll)
• Edit and format content natively for each platform: Reels, TikTok, Pinterest Idea Pins/static, YouTube Shorts (aspect ratios, pacing, captions, hooks)
• Add captions, sound, text overlays, and basic motion graphics to match each brand's style

Trend & content creation

• Track TikTok/Reels trends, sounds, formats, and challenges daily, flag what's relevant to each brand
• Adapt trending formats to fit each brand's voice rather than posting generic templates
• Propose original short-form concepts, not just repurpose what's handed to you

Cross-brand execution

• Maintain a consistent posting cadence across all three brands and four platforms
• Work closely with the founders and team to source raw footage (recipe shoots, behind-the-scenes, founder talking-head content) and turn it into finished content
• Monitor content performance and adjust future edits based on what's driving views/engagement

What We're Looking For

• A portfolio of short-form video editing work (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) you can share
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools
• Demonstrated fluency in current TikTok/Reels trends, not just editing skill in a vacuum
• Comfortable working from messy raw footage + a brief to a finished, on-brand video
• Able to adapt tone/style across multiple brands without them blurring together
• Bonus: Pinterest content experience, basic motion graphics/design skills, caption/copywriting instincts, food/recipe content experience

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent, on-time output across all three brands and four platforms
• Content that reflects current trends without losing brand identity

• Editing turnaround fast enough to catch trends while they're still relevant, not weeks after

The Role
 

We're hiring an Influencer & UGC Manager to build and run creator programmes across all three brands. You'll own the full lifecycle: finding the right creators, getting them onboarded and briefed, and keeping the relationship (and the content) flowing month over month. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with real ownership from day one, you'll set up the systems as you go.

What You'll Do

Sourcing

• Identify and prospect nano/micro/mid-tier creators fit for each brand's audience and category (wellness, pet, gourmet food)
• Build and maintain a pipeline of vetted creators, tracking fit, rates, and past performance
• Run outreach via DMs, email, and creator marketplaces/platforms 

Onboarding

• Negotiate rates and usage rights (gifted vs. paid) and manage contracts and briefs
• Brief creators clearly on brand voice, deliverables, timelines, and legal/FTC disclosure requirements
• Coordinate product shipping/sampling and manage the creator onboarding checklist end-to-end

Relationship management

• Manage a growing roster of active creators across all three brands, keeping communication warm and consistent
• Review and approve content, coordinate revisions, and track deliverable timelines
• Process payments/gifting on schedule and maintain accurate records in the creator CRM/tracker
• Track content performance and flag top performers for retention, ambassador programs, or repeat campaigns
• Report monthly on recruitment volume, active roster size, content output, and program ROI

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC, or creator partnerships (agency or brand-side); a track record of sourcing and managing a creator roster at meaningful scale; strong written communication in English and comfort negotiating rates and contracts; organised and process-driven, comfortable managing dozens of concurrent relationships without things slipping; familiarity with creator marketplace platforms and/or CRM-style tracking tools. Bonus: experience across CPG, beauty/wellness, pet, or food categories.

What Success Looks Like

• Months 1–2: creator sourcing pipeline and onboarding process built and running across all three brands. 
• Months 3–4: 15–25 new creators recruited per month, active roster growing toward 40–60. 
• Ongoing: a steady-state roster of 40–60+ actively managed creators, with recruitment and retention running in parallel.
