Looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires proven experience in testing features from conception to production, as well as experience working with automation frameworks, such as Playwright, to ensure the overall quality of our product.

About the Project

A US-based fintech/edtech product used by thousands of educational organizations. The platform replaces paperwork and manual processes, making financial flows transparent and efficient.
The product has scaled from schools to districts and state-level implementations.
The team has been working on the project for 7+ years — stable product, mature codebase, strong engineering culture.

We are looking for someone who thinks in systems, understands business value, and takes ownership of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in manual testing from 3+years
• Experience in automation testing from 2+ years
• Perform comprehensive QA testing of new features.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, and the wider QA team to see features through the entire software development lifecycle.
• Experience designing, implementing, and executing automated tests using an automation framework (such as Playwright) to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Create and manage detailed test cases and test plans.
• Execute API testing to validate service layer functionality.

Required Technical Skills

• Proven experience working with automation frameworks, such as Playwright
• JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Git.
• CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) familiarity.
• Strong knowledge of API testing.
• End-to-End Testing.
• Test Case creation and management.
• Upper-Intermediate level of Engilsh

Requirements:

• Theoretical knowledge, understanding of project management processes and tools, as well as the SDLC and methodologies (Agile: Scrum, Kanban; Waterfall еtc);
• Knowledge of different task-tracking systems such as Jirra or Trello;
• Knowledge of Project Documentation:  Basic understanding of important project documents like WBS, Burndown Chart, Project Charter, Communication Plan, Timeline, and Roadmap.

• Good Presentation Skills: Having good presentation skills means being able to summarize information clearly, highlight key issues, and confidently propose solutions to both your team and management.
• Coffee and face detection. You are skilled at reading faces—one look at your client or colleague, and you can instantly tell if they've had their morning coffee.
• Finances. Basic understanding of how finance works in projects. As a Trainee Project Manager, it's important to understand that going over budget can put the success of a project at risk. Your role is to monitor costs and prevent overspending. 
• Adaptability to Change: You can easily adjust when priorities change or problems come up. For example, if a client request changes suddenly, you can quickly reorganize your tasks to meet the new requirements and keep things moving forward.
• Quick Learner – Absorbing new information like a sponge (Bob) and skills efficiently, even in high-pressure situations.

• Miscommunication is something you never heard about because you deep dive into every nitty-gritty detail that is discussed with a client or a team. You tell others info without double sense.

   

✅ Will be a plus:

• Project management experience in an any IT product, outstaffing, outsourcing company;
• Knowledge in other areas of the IT field (such as Account Manager, Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Quality Assurance, Software Developer, Business Analyst, Product Owner) is not mandatory but can be beneficial for better collaboration and understanding within the team.

• Сompletion of various courses (such as: Project Management, QA, Software Engineering etc).

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our growing PM team. This is a long-term position suited for someone with hands-on experience in project management, project coordination, or business analysis in IT who is ready to take on more ownership and grow steadily in the PM direction.

We are not looking for someone who simply executes instructions. We are looking for someone who thinks, asks the right questions, understands the context behind a task, and takes responsibility for delivering quality results — even on small things.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects across different stages of the development lifecycle
• Tracking tasks, deadlines, blockers, open questions, follow-ups, and risks
• Preparing meeting notes, status updates, and call summaries
• Keeping project documentation current and well-organized
• Communicating with cross-functional teams: developers, QA, designers, BAs, and clients
• Participating in internal and client-facing meetings
• Organizing demos, status meetings, and other regular project activities

• Identifying risks, unclear requirements, dependencies, and potential issues early

   

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or Business Analysis in IT
• Understanding of SDLC and the main stages of product development
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with task-tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Ability to work with information: structure it, clarify it, and document it clearly
• Experience writing meeting notes, follow-ups, status updates, and project documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a genuine interest in understanding tasks beyond surface level
• Openness to feedback and a clear motivation to grow in the PM direction

• English level: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced
