Requirements:

• Theoretical knowledge, understanding of project management processes and tools, as well as the SDLC and methodologies (Agile: Scrum, Kanban; Waterfall еtc);
• Knowledge of different task-tracking systems such as Jirra or Trello;
• Knowledge of Project Documentation:  Basic understanding of important project documents like WBS, Burndown Chart, Project Charter, Communication Plan, Timeline, and Roadmap. 

• English level: Advanced or Fluent (a must-have);

🔴Red: You can clearly identify critical red flags that require immediate escalation for resolution.

🟡Yellow: These are tasks or issues that need your attention and should be flagged for further review or discussion.

🟢Green: You can solve problems on your own by researching online (e.g., Googling, using AI tools) or looking up relevant guides and documentation. 

You are structural: As we have determined processes for each project, we are looking for someone who can follow the guidelines. 

• Good Presentation Skills: Having good presentation skills means being able to summarize information clearly, highlight key issues, and confidently propose solutions to both your team and management.
• Coffee and face detection. You are skilled at reading faces—one look at your client or colleague, and you can instantly tell if they've had their morning coffee.
• Finances. Basic understanding of how finance works in projects. As a Trainee Project Manager, it's important to understand that going over budget can put the success of a project at risk. Your role is to monitor costs and prevent overspending. 
• Adaptability to Change: You can easily adjust when priorities change or problems come up. For example, if a client request changes suddenly, you can quickly reorganize your tasks to meet the new requirements and keep things moving forward.
• Quick Learner – Absorbing new information like a sponge (Bob) and skills efficiently, even in high-pressure situations.

• Miscommunication is something you never heard about because you deep dive into every nitty-gritty detail that is discussed with a client or a team. You tell others info without double sense.

   

✅ Will be a plus:

• Project management experience in an any IT product, outstaffing, outsourcing company;
• Knowledge in other areas of the IT field (such as Account Manager, Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Quality Assurance, Software Developer, Business Analyst, Product Owner) is not mandatory but can be beneficial for better collaboration and understanding within the team.

• Сompletion of various courses (such as: Project Management, QA, Software Engineering etc).

• Manage several teams on short- and long-term projects.

We are looking for a proactive Middle Project Manager who can combine classical project management methodologies with modern AI tools. In this role, you won’t just be coordinating tasks — you will be a true driver of change, ensuring transparent and high-quality delivery even in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 2–4 projects simultaneously (fixed-price and T&M).
• Take full ownership of budgets, profitability, timelines, risks, and delivery quality.
• Build trust and manage client expectations effectively.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall depending on project context.
• Integrate AI tools for planning, forecasting, reporting, and risk management.
• Participate in demos, QBRs, and status meetings with clients and teams.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and financial updates.
• Mentor and motivate teams, ensuring both productivity and well-being.

• Represent the company to clients, partners, and internal departments.

   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT outsourcing.
• 5+ successfully delivered projects from scratch to production.
• Proven track record of leading at least 3 fixed-price projects.
• Strong financial acumen: understanding of profit, margin, and profitability.
• English: Advanced (spoken & written).
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban with practical experience in Waterfall for enterprise and fixed-price projects.
• Excellent people management and empathy skills.
• Stress resilience and ability to stay professional under pressure.
• Tech-savvy: confident in using AI tools to your advantage.

The product has scaled from schools to districts and state-level implementations.
The team has been working on the project for 6+ years — stable product, mature codebase, strong engineering culture.

We are looking for an engineer, not just a coder — someone who thinks in systems, understands business value, and takes ownership of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own feature development end-to-end: from product discovery and story refinement to delivery in production
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, Architecture, and DevOps teams to ensure clear requirements, technical feasibility, and business value
• Participate in architecture discussions and ensure features are implemented according to technical and security standards
• Follow and improve coding standards, review pull requests, and maintain high code quality
• Develop new applications and confidently work with legacy systems
• Take ownership of feature quality, including testing before QA handoff
• Actively use AI tools to improve development efficiency and delivery quality
• Lead assigned initiatives, coordinate required resources, and raise risks or concerns proactively

The team develops advanced tools to explore the diversity of the human brain and how it influences cognitive functioning and mental health outcomes.

  One of the core products is a comprehensive mental health assessment instrument that provides a cross-disorder profile of an individual’s psychological state. It is widely used to monitor the well-being of organizational workforces and student communities, as well as in research and clinical diagnostic settings.

  - Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable code deployments.
  - Ensure all software development practices comply with HIPAA regulations and other relevant healthcare standards.
  - Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and ensure reliability.

  Preferred Experience: 

  - Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with health-related projects.
  - Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and other relevant healthcare regulations.

• English level: Upper-intermediate
• Allocation: Long-term, more than a year. Full-time involvement.
