The Role
We're hiring a RevOps & Business Systems Manager to own the systems, automation, and operational backbone of our business.
You'll be the person who makes our sales & marketing engine run flawlessly, our customer success motion operate without friction, our financial systems stay clean, and our new hires onboard seamlessly. Every automation that touches this business will be yours to build, own, and improve.
This is a builder role, not a strategy seat. You'll be in Make, N8N, GHL, Close, Airtable, and Claude every single day shipping automations that move the business forward.

What You'll Own
Sales & Marketing β Our CRMs (GoHighLevel + Close.io), marketing automation in ActiveCampaign, server-side tracking via CAPIs, no-show recovery flows, and the full funnel dashboards leadership runs the business on.
- Customer Success β The entire student journey from post-close kickoff through milestones and renewals, plus at-risk detection, engagement automations, and support workflows.
Financial Systems β Integrations between QuickBooks, our CRMs, and payment processors, plus commission tracking and financial dashboards for leadership.
New Hire Onboarding β Automated workflows for every advisor, triager, and ops hire β account provisioning, training paths, and SOPs that get people productive in days, not weeks.
New Product Launches β Partner with leadership on every new product or service we ship β funnel, landing pages, tracking, CRM flows, attribution, fulfillment handoffs. End to end.
