• 3+ роки досвіду на посаді DevOps / SRE інженера;

• Практичний досвід побудови надійних, масштабованих і безпечних сервісів;
• Знання та досвід роботи з Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes;
• Глибоке розуміння принципів хмарної інфраструктури (AWS) та побудови автомасштабованих рішень;
• Досвід налаштування CI/CD процесів з використанням GitLab CI, Jenkins;

This role will be pivotal in ensuring our company's compliance with regulatory requirements in Poland and other EU member states. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with regulatory authorities, supporting authorization processes in EU member states, and overseeing compliance with AML/CTF regulations.

Requirements:

• EU citizenship and fluent English is a must;
• Polish language is highly desirable;
• Professional qualification from an internationally recognized body (e.g ICA, ACAMS);
• 3+ years of experience in an MLRO or AML/KYC role;
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a risk, fraud, compliance, AML or regulatory function, experience working with any regulated financial services business, preferably with experience in the cryptocurrency industry;
• High level of expertise in financial market regulation, particularly related to cryptocurrencies;
• Deep understanding of AML/CTF laws and regulations within Poland and the EU;
• Proven track record in developing, implementing, and maintaining AML/CTF policies, procedures, and controls in a regulated environment;
• Experience in reporting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs);

Responsibilities:

• Act as key contact to regulators in EU member states, building and maintaining good relationships with the regulators across the EU;

Essential professional and personal skills:

- Working experience in the same position in Fintech for 1+ years (as a plus);

- Processing of incoming requests in the mode of chats and mail (b2c/b2b);

- Experience in JIRA and Confluence service would be a plus;
