As the Meta Ads Manager at BetterMe Store, you will lead the performance marketing strategy by building, scaling, and optimizing ad campaigns that drive sales and increase brand visibility in the U.S. and other Tier 1 markets.
 

YOUR IMPACT:

• Developing and executing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) media buying strategies that focus on ROAS, CTR, CPA, and CPM;
• Manage Meta campaigns from start to finish, including audience segmentation and budget allocation;

ABOUT YOU:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in media buying on Meta for eCommerce or direct-to-consumer brands, ideally in fashion, wellness, or beauty;
• A proven track record of success in Tier 1 markets (U.S., Europe);
• A deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, algorithm dynamics, and media buying mechanics;
• Experience with full-funnel strategies and budget scaling while meeting performance goals;
• A strong sense of creative direction and know what content works and why;
• A data-first mindset and thrive on analyzing metrics and optimizing performance;
• Fluent in English (B2+ or higher).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer with expertise in PHP to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing new product features, enhancing existing applications, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our backend systems. You will work with a modern tech stack and play a key part in our ongoing transition from a monolithic architecture to microservices.

ABOUT YOU:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development in total;
• Experience with PHP 8.0+ with OOP skills, using frameworks like Symfony or Laravel;
• Motivation to work with both PHP and Go backends (~ 90% PHP / 10% Go for now);
• Experience with relational databases – MySQL and/or PostgreSQL;
• Experience with in-memory storage and caching (e.g., Redis, AWS Elastiсache, etc.);
• Experience with Linux environments, CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and background job processing;
• Experience with asynchronous communication via tools like RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, or Amazon SQS;

• Досвід у створенні та підтримці дизайн-систем.
