YOUR IMPACT:

  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new features, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Analyze A/B tests and marketing experiments to extract insights and turn them into actionable plans.
  • Oversee and coordinate the execution of launches to ensure smooth rollouts and performance alignment.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for product marketing initiatives, including launch processes, test outcomes, and key learnings.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the product and performance marketing teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely updates.
  • Research user segments, market trends, and competitors to uncover growth opportunities and product angles.
  • Propose and validate new marketing ideas, positioning, and messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with creative and media teams to develop campaign briefs and ensure clarity of value propositions.
  • Work cross-functionally with product managers, performance marketers, designers, and analysts to align goals and drive results.
     

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing or growth-focused marketing roles.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with A/B test data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Solid understanding of user acquisition funnels, retention loops, and unit economics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar).
  • Skilled in identifying and researching market trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to craft compelling user value narratives.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with strong attention to detail.
  • Organized and proactive, with experience managing cross-functional collaboration and multiple projects at once.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
