As an SDR, you'll work closely with our Head of Marketing, Head of Beetroot Defence, and Account Executives to generate opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and ensure no valuable lead slips through the cracks. You'll play a key role both behind the scenes and on the ground—representing Beetroot at industry events, supporting networking initiatives, and maintaining a disciplined approach to pipeline management.

We're looking for
- 3+ years in an SDR, lead generation, or sales support role, ideally in B2B or tech services.
- Comfortable representing the company in person — at events, meetups, and on a trade-show floor — and confident starting conversations with strangers.
- Experience running outbound campaigns — building lists, sequencing outreach, and tracking results.
- Solid English, written and spoken, for working across EU and Nordics markets.
- Organised and self-directed — you can support event preparation, manage follow-ups, and keep multiple workstreams moving without being chased.
- Comfortable with in-person client meeting, working hand-in-hand with senior stakeholders (Head of Defence, Head of Marketing, AEs) and adapting to their style.
Strong CRM discipline: you keep data clean, log activity in real time, and treat pipeline hygiene as part of the job, not an afterthought (Pipedrive experience a plus).
How to knock our socks off
- Exposure to defence tech, miltech, energy tech.
- Familiarity with the Ukrainian miltech ecosystem.
- Experience covering for or supporting Account Executives directly.
- Naming five or more dishes that include beetroot besides borshch.
