Location: Cascais, Portugal (on-site). We are looking for candidates based in Cascais or nearby areas 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Experience in office administration or a similar administrative role 
• Understanding of office management procedures and administrative processes 
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English and Portuguese, both written and spoken 
• Fluent/native Ukrainian language,  
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills 
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to research information, compare options, and find effective solutions 
• Proactive approach and a strong sense of responsibility 
• Good command of MS Office and other basic office tools 

Would be a plus: 

• Experience working in an international environment 
• Experience coordinating vendors, service providers, and office maintenance 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and maintain a comfortable, well-organized working environment 
• Coordinate office maintenance and arrange necessary repairs 
• Manage office supplies, including stationery, groceries, and other essentials 
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of office supplies 
• Prepare workspaces and coordinate office arrangements for new employees 
• Organize and coordinate corporate activities and team events 
• Communicate and coordinate with external service providers, suppliers, and contractors 
• Handle routine administrative tasks and support general office operations 
• Collaborate with the HR team on employee onboarding, internal initiatives, and team activities 
• Assist with various administrative tasks from management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in advertiser-focused positions (sales, account manager) in self-service networks or SSP
• Extremely proactive, organized, responsible with the ability to work in a team
• Computer skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English
• Understanding the market for effective digital advertising in English-speaking countries

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Constantly look for new customers and potential partners
• Planning and conducting calls/meetings with potential partners and advertisers
• The full cycle of client engagement (communication, offering the best integration option for the client, handing over the involved client to the account management team)
• Growth and optimization of advertiser partner accounts by identifying, closing sales opportunities and analyzing current effectiveness and efficiency of advertising campaigns
• Work with advertiser partners and internal team on optimization of advertising campaigns
• Analyzing user experience, partner feedback and providing ideas that can improve our platform

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Availability of a database of active advertisers, media buyers and affiliates
• Experience in management/accounting of CPC, CPM, CPA campaigns
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook ads
