The company provides comprehensive solutions for protecting residential and commercial properties of all sizes. Today, the Ajax product portfolio comprises 280 devices covering intrusion protection, video surveillance, fire safety, as well as comfort and automation.

Every year, we continue to achieve multiple-fold growth, both in the size of our team and in the number of users worldwide.

About the role

Clear and comprehensive documentation is not just an add-on to a product. It’s the key to how quickly partners and users can deploy the Ajax system — and how confidently they can take advantage of all its features. This is exactly the kind of documentation you’ll be creating with us.

What awaits you:

• Working with devices ranging from motion detectors to advanced fire safety systems.
• Writing both dry technical specifications and in-depth articles about AI principles in cameras.
• Daily collaboration with R&D, PROD, marketing, product managers, and web developers.
• Preparing documents together with the certification team to meet international standards and bring products to new markets.
• Becoming a “translator” of complex technical language into clear, user-friendly content.

Responsibilities:

• Write technical specifications and align them with R&D.
• Create web instructions that make complex features easy to understand for users.
• Prepare supplementary materials and recommendations for convenient product use.
• Support marketing projects from the technical side and grow your own expertise.

This role is for you if:

• You take pleasure in precision: details are not a burden but a tool.
• You believe complex things can be explained simply and elegantly.
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where change is the norm.
• You have experience working with technical texts.
• You are proficient in Ukrainian and English (B2–C1).

What we offer:

• In return for your dedication and contributions, we offer:
• Working in dynamically growing multinational and multicultural Group.
• Ability to add value to the business by applying your knowledge and skills.
• Ajax security system kit (you will be a part of the beta-testing program and will be able to test new devices and features before official release).
• Full-time working schedule.
• Medical insurance.

Ajax Systems is a Ukrainian success story — a place of incredible strength and energy.

About the role:

Academy Smart is a software development company specializing in custom learning platforms, LMS solutions, integrations, and digital products for education and training businesses.

Hypogen is our technology and AI-focused direction, where we work on modern software solutions, AI-powered products, and complex digital systems.

We are looking for a Content Writer who can turn our expertise, projects, and ideas into high-quality content that is useful, interesting, and genuinely written for people — not generated by AI.

Responsibilities:

Blog content

• Research and write original, expert-level articles for the Academy Smart and Hypogen websites.
• Develop topics around LMS, EdTech, custom software development, AI, integrations, learning platforms, and digital transformation.
• Interview or collaborate with our internal experts to turn their knowledge into strong content.
• Structure articles for both readers and SEO without making them sound like SEO-generated content.
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice across our content.

LinkedIn content

• Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy for Academy Smart and Hypogen.
• Create posts for company pages and, where needed, support content for company experts and leaders.
• Turn company expertise, project experience, industry trends, and internal insights into engaging LinkedIn content.
• Plan content topics and publishing calendars.
• Analyze content performance and adjust the strategy based on engagement and audience response.

Newsletter

• Take ownership of the Academy Smart newsletter.
• Research and develop topics for new editions.
• Write short, insightful newsletter pieces that provide practical value to our audience.
• Maintain a consistent editorial style and voice.
• Work with the team to identify topics based on our projects, expertise, and market trends.

You can see the current newsletter here: Academy Smart Newsletter

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional content writing experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, IT, technology, EdTech, or software development.
• Excellent written English — C1+ level.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical topics in simple and engaging language.
• Experience writing long-form articles and LinkedIn content.
• Understanding of content marketing and basic SEO principles.
• Ability to research independently and find reliable information.
• Strong editorial skills: structure, clarity, grammar, storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with subject-matter experts and extract useful information from them.
• Understanding of LinkedIn as a content and business-development channel.
• Ability to manage a content calendar and work independently.

Very important: human-written content

We are specifically looking for a writer, not an AI content operator.

Our content needs to be original, thoughtful, and based on real expertise and research. AI-generated or AI-rewritten content is not what we are looking for.

We may use tools for research, editing, spelling, or other supporting tasks, but the actual ideas, structure, voice, and writing should come from you.

Our ideal candidate

You are someone who can take a topic like:

“Why companies outgrow their LMS”

and turn it into a thoughtful piece that explains the actual business problem, provides useful insights, challenges common assumptions, and makes the reader want to continue reading.

You don’t just “write articles.” You understand why a particular piece of content should exist, who it is for, and what we want the reader to take away from it.

Test task

As part of the hiring process, we will ask you to complete a short writing task.

You will be needed to select a topic and write a ~300-character newsletter piece in the style and direction of the Academy Smart newsletter.

The purpose of the task is to evaluate:

• Writing quality and clarity
• Ability to communicate an idea concisely
• Understanding of a B2B technology audience
• Ability to create an engaging opening
• Originality and human writing style
• Tone and editorial judgment

We are not looking for a generic AI-style marketing text

We offer:

• Work with an experienced technology team and real subject-matter experts.
• Opportunity to build the content strategy for two technology brands.
• Freedom to propose and develop your own content ideas.
• Work on topics across EdTech, LMS, AI, software development, and digital transformation.
• Remote work.
• Long-term collaboration with a growing technology company.

About us
Cikumas GmbH, based in Kilchberg (Canton of Zurich, Switzerland), builds ClassOwl — an all-in-one school-management platform that replaces the patchwork of disconnected tools most schools run on today. Instead of re-entering the same student data into five or six separate systems (admissions, gradebook, invoicing, timetabling, government reporting), ClassOwl combines a Student Information System (SIS), Learning Management System (LMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) into one white-label platform, tailored to each school's own processes and branded as their own.

Who We're Looking For

We are hiring a Medium-Senior Technical Writer to own documentation across ClassOwl's platform — from internal technical references used by the development team to user-facing guides for schools using SIS, LMS and ERP modules. You'll work closely with developers, QA and the business analysis team to turn product knowledge into clear, structured, and accurate documentation that both technical and non-technical audiences can rely on.

Responsibilities

• create and maintain technical documentation for ClassOwl's platform (API references, internal specs, release notes)
• write user-facing guides and instructions for school staff (admissions, gradebook, invoicing, timetabling modules)
• work directly with developers and QA to understand new features before they ship, and translate them into documentation
• review and structure existing documentation, identify gaps, and keep materials up to date as the product evolves
• collaborate with the business analysis team to ensure documentation reflects actual user stories and requirements
• maintain consistency in terminology, tone and formatting across all documentation

What we expect

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer (Medium-Senior level)
• English at C1 level
• German as a plus
• an analytical mindset, comfortable working with structured systems and translating complexity into clarity
• basic understanding of code/technical logic is enough; deep development experience is not required
• QA background is considered a relevant and welcome experience
• available to start within the next week

Tech Integration Specialist - US Affiliate Network

About the company

We’re a US-based affiliate network working with legitimate, white-hat verticals and performance-based lead generation.

Our business involves multiple partners, platforms and technical integrations, so the role is varied and highly practical. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with real business systems rather than focusing on repetitive technical support.

We’re looking for a strong Technical Integration Specialist to join a growing US-based affiliate network and support the technical side of our partner, tracking, and lead-generation operations.

This is a part-time, long-term position for someone who genuinely enjoys working with integrations, APIs, tracking systems, troubleshooting, and figuring out how different platforms work together.

What matters most is strong hands-on technical experience and the ability to independently understand, troubleshoot, and implement integrations.

What you’ll be working with

• APIs, webhooks, postbacks and third-party integrations
• Tracking platforms and attribution systems
• Lead tracking, routing and data flows
• Call tracking and routing
• Pixels, conversion tracking and event tracking
• CRM and marketing platform integrations
• Troubleshooting technical issues across different systems
• Testing and debugging integrations
• Supporting partners, affiliates and internal teams with technical questions
• Identifying why data, leads, calls or conversions are not passing correctly

What we’re looking for. We’re looking for someone who is technically strong, curious and very hands-on

You should be comfortable:

• Working with APIs and webhooks
• Understanding how systems communicate with each other
• Troubleshooting integrations independently
• Following and interpreting API documentation
• Working with tracking parameters, events and conversion data
• Testing integrations and identifying where a data flow breaks
• Investigating technical issues rather than simply escalating them
• Working with multiple third-party platforms simultaneously
• Taking ownership of technical tasks and finding solutions independently

Part-Time | Long-Term | Remote

Flexible schedule, with availability during US business hours preferred. We’re looking for someone who can start part-time and become a reliable long-term technical partner as the business grows.

Ever wanted to be the person who makes complex technology actually understandable?

Not just writing documents - but turning complicated systems, APIs, and technical processes into clear, structured knowledge that engineers, customers, and users can actually rely on?

Where your documentation becomes part of the product itself?
Where you work directly with engineers and product teams, understand how things work under the hood, and turn that knowledge into documentation that is accurate, useful, and easy to navigate?

If you enjoy understanding complex technology, asking the right questions, and explaining it clearly - this role is for you.

At AlphaDevs

We don’t just build remote teams - we build long-term engineering partnerships.

We work with technology companies where documentation is an important part of the product and engineering ecosystem - helping teams structure knowledge, improve user experience, and make complex systems easier to understand and use.

For this role, we’re looking for a Senior Technical Writer who can work closely with engineers, developers, and product managers and take ownership of high-quality technical documentation.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation across products and technical systems - from user guides and manuals to API documentation and online help.

This is not just a writing role.

You’ll need to understand the technology first, work with technical experts, ask the right questions, structure complex information, and turn it into documentation that makes sense to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, product guides, API documentation, and online help
• Work closely with engineers, developers, and product managers to understand complex technical concepts and systems
• Interview subject matter experts and translate their knowledge into clear, structured documentation
• Organize technical information into logical, easy-to-navigate content
• Write for different audiences, from technical users and developers to non-technical end users
• Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Follow and maintain documentation standards, terminology, and company style guides
• Keep documentation up to date as products and technical processes evolve
• Use documentation platforms and tools to create, manage, and publish content
• Identify gaps in existing documentation and proactively improve the overall documentation experience

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical writing
• Fluent English at C2 level - must-have
• Strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in simple, clear language
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working directly with engineers, developers, and other technical subject matter experts
• Ability to structure large amounts of technical information logically
• Strong user-focused mindset - you think about what the reader actually needs to know
• Experience with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously
• Degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience documenting ERP systems
• Experience working with version control systems
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Experience with API documentation and software documentation

• Previous experience working in a product or engineering environment

What You Get

• Real Technical Impact: Your documentation becomes part of how users and teams understand and work with the product
• Close Collaboration: Work directly with engineers, developers, and product managers
• Complex Systems: Deeply understand real technical products rather than writing surface-level content
• Ownership: Take responsibility for documentation quality, structure, and evolution
• Long-Term Growth: Develop deeper technical expertise and expand your impact across products
• International Environment: Work with experienced professionals across different functions and locations

Ready to Make Complex Technology Clear?
