We don’t do volume hiring, we work with small and mid-sized teams who care about hiring quality over speed.
 

Our team mainly works in a full recruitment cycle: from the first call with a hiring manager to an accepted offer. We work with engineers across different stacks and seniority levels, so you won't be closing the same role over and over.
 

What you'll be working on

• Sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, Djinni and DOU according to candidate profiles
• Designing technical assessments for roles together with engineers
• Structuring and cooperating with the hiring team of engineers for each role
• Running screening calls and assessing candidates' English
• Standardizing hiring practices so we don't reinvent the wheel every time
• Building the hiring process from scratch and improving it as we grow

Experience that will help you to do the job:

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Djinni in talent sourcing
• Understanding of technical skillsets across different engineering roles — front-end, back-end, mobile, QA
• Ability to gather requirements from the team and design a hiring pipeline for new roles
• Writing outstanding messages in English that candidates are willing to reply to
• English good enough to screen candidates and assess their level confidently

Experience that will be a plus:

• Experience in an outstaffing, outsourcing or product company hiring at volume
• Analyzing the job market to budget roles and adapt efficient hiring channels
• Building trust with talents through the company's social media
• Boolean search, X-Ray and AI tools for sourcing

IT Recruiter & Career Consultant

Full-time | Fully Remote

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter & Career Consultant who not only has a strong understanding of technical recruitment but can also help IT professionals position themselves effectively in the market and find relevant career opportunities.

In this role, you will combine practical IT recruitment and career consulting: analyzing candidates’ profiles, helping them improve their CVs and LinkedIn profiles, preparing them for interviews, developing job-search strategies, and supporting candidates throughout their journey toward receiving an offer.

What you will do

• Conduct career diagnostics: analyze candidates’ experience, professional goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Assess candidates’ soft skills, hard skills, and professional positioning.
• Create and optimize CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters.
• Adapt CVs and profiles to specific roles, vacancies, and international markets.
• Develop a Career Strategy Map by identifying target roles, companies, markets, and job-search strategies.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and help candidates determine a realistic salary range.
• Prepare candidates for HR and technical interviews.
• Conduct mock interviews, analyze answers, and provide constructive feedback.
• Create personalized Interview Scripts and help candidates improve their self-presentation.
• Advise candidates on job searching through LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, Indeed, and other job boards.
• Teach candidates effective direct outreach and communication with recruiters and employers.
• Analyze job descriptions and help candidates build a relevant shortlist.
• Support candidates throughout their active job search, including applications, written communication, interview coordination, and progress tracking.
• Analyze interview feedback and adjust the job-search strategy accordingly.
• Help candidates navigate the journey from the first application to a relevant job offer.
• Participate in diagnostic consultations before the sale of career services.
• When needed, assist with onboarding new employees, internal documentation, and team training.

Who we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably at Middle/Senior level.
• Hands-on experience hiring Developers, Software Engineers, QA/Testers, and other technical specialists.
• Experience with the full recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening/interview → assessment → offer/closing.
• A significant track record of successfully filling technical positions is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of IT terminology, technical roles, and core technology stacks.
• Ability to understand the logic behind technical job requirements and assess candidate fit.
• Practical understanding of how recruiters and hiring managers evaluate CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and candidates’ experience.
• Experience working with international markets or international candidates is a plus.
• Previous career consulting experience is not required — a strong recruitment background and the ability to advise candidates are more important.
