Responsibilities:

• Analyze key billing metrics (MRR, payment churn, failed payment rate, chargebacks, refunds) and prepare regular reports;
• Use data and user feedback to propose improvements to payment and billing processes;
• Maintain billing configuration, including subscription plans, tax rules, and refunds;
• Handle requests from support and account management teams related to subscriptions and payments, identifying root causes of discrepancies;
• Participate in prioritization and definition of billing-related development tasks (new plans, payment methods, markets, reporting), including requirements and success criteria;
• Initiate and manage A/B tests related to billing (trials, reminders, checkout flow) in collaboration with product and marketing teams;
• Stay up to date with best practices in subscription models and billing solutions, and adapt them to the current system;
• Negotiate with PSPs and billing partners to optimize billing infrastructure costs.

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience in enterprise-level systems in the role of Project Manager or Delivery Manager 
• Experience coordinating presales efforts from the introduction meeting with the client to proposal presentation and delivery-related objection handling
