We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Moonlock — MacPaw’s dedicated cybersecurity product — and play a vital role in shaping it. You’ll turn user feedback and early signals into clear product decisions, and lead features end-to-end — from problem definition to delivery. Your work will help us deliver cybersecurity technology that people can trust and rely on every day.

In this role, you will work on:

• Lead hands-on product improvement by collecting and synthesizing user feedback, research, and data from a live product. 
• Identify product opportunities based on early signals, usage patterns, and emerging cybersecurity threats. 
• Translate insights into clear product requirements and actionable tasks for the team. 
• Drive features end-to-end — from problem framing and validation to supporting the delivery of the engineering team. 
• Maintain and refine the roadmap within your scope, aligning priorities with the broader product direction. 
• Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, copy, marketing, and QA to ensure high-quality delivery. 
• Track product performance through key metrics and feedback, and continuously improve existing functionality.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C desktop applications. 
• Proven experience owning the end-to-end features and product lifecycle: from research, translating user needs and hypothesis generation to delivery and impact measurement. 
• Deep understanding of user experience, interface design, and product analytics. 
• Strong knowledge of prioritization frameworks, research methods, and metrics. 
• Requirements definition & documentation. 
• Strong experience working closely with designers and engineers on UX decisions, scope trade-offs, and delivery timelines.  
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English and fluent Ukrainian. 

As a plus:

• Background working with cybersecurity features. 
• Familiarity with Apple ecosystems, especially macOS. 
• Experience working with AI or LLM-based products or integrating AI into existing solutions.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead a cross-functional product spanning two domains:

• 3+ years of product management experience in consumer mobile apps
• Proven experience across the full product lifecycle — from discovery and research to go-to-market and post-release iteration
• Strong data skills: cohort analysis, funnel analysis, experiment design — you use Amplitude or similar tools as a daily driver, not just for reporting
• User research experience: you’ve run interviews and usability sessions yourself, and know how to turn insights into product decisions

About The Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Pearl, you will own discovery, strategy, and execution for high-impact products supporting Pearl Enterprise, with direct responsibility for driving revenue outcomes (including Enterprise contracts totaling $2.5M+).

This is a hands-on, high-ownership PM role in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. You will partner closely with Engineering, AI / Innovation (IL), Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities, set OKRs, and deliver results at Pearl-speed.

Pearl’s product itself is increasingly AI-driven, and while this role does not require you to be an AI engineer, it does require comfort working with AI-powered products, AI prototypes, and AI-enabled teams.

What You’ll Do

Product Ownership & Execution

• Own the end-to-end discovery PM role: problem definition, prioritization, roadmap creation, execution, and delivery.
• Partner with IL / AI leaders to define OKRs, priorities, and quarterly roadmaps aligned to Enterprise goals.
• Lead agile teams to execute against the roadmap with speed, focus, and accountability.
• Own releases and delivery using lean and agile practices, balancing experimentation with execution.

We are looking for a Game Portfolio Manager with a strong understanding of iGaming content, market trends, and player behavior. This role bridges product, analytics, and marketing – you’ll shape the strategy behind our game lineup, ensuring we offer the most engaging, high-performing titles across different markets and GEOs.

Vision of the role:
This is a highly autonomous position. We’re looking for someone who feels confident working with games and truly understands how they function under the hood — the mechanics, math models, player behavior, and what makes a title perform. You’ll collaborate closely with department leads and take full ownership of our entire game portfolio, from content selection to performance analysis. We need someone with a practical, hands-on understanding of how games work, evolve, and generate revenue.

- Analyze slot market trends, player behavior, and competitor games.
- Select and evaluate game concepts for portfolio integration or internal development.

What You Will Own

— Customer feedback loop: Structured system connecting Sales, Merchant Ops, and Integration insights directly into product discovery and planning

— Product context from the field: Translating sales demos and merchant interactions into actionable product intelligence (what works, customer expectations, objections)

— Scalable processes: Clear frameworks for product involvement in custom solutions, demos, and merchant initiatives — replacing ad-hoc coordination with repeatable systems

— Feature rollout: Controlled deployment of new features to existing customers, including timing, communication, feedback collection, and iteration
