Our company runs Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns 24/7 and is looking for a highly reliable technical professional to manage and maintain our advertising infrastructure.

⚡ RESPONSIBILITIES

✓ Manage ISP residential proxies, AdsPower profiles, and Gmail accounts with 2FA
✓ Set up and maintain domains (Cloudflare DNS, Hostinger hosting, SSL certificates)
✓ Create and maintain conversion tracking webhooks using Make (or similar platforms)
✓ Provide URGENT Discord support to affiliates (<5-minute response time)
✓ Troubleshoot Google Ads and Facebook Ads account suspensions and technical issues
✓ Maintain documentation in Asana and our internal management system

Our partners are launching a new iGaming brand backed by an experienced investment holding with multiple online gaming projects. The company is currently building its first product from scratch and plans to expand with additional brands in the future.
The product is being launched on the SoftSwiss platform, with initial focus on Tier-1 markets, primarily the UK and the Netherlands. The project is currently in the setup phase, with launch planned for the coming months.


ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who will take ownership of affiliate acquisition and traffic growth for Tier-1 GEOs. This person will become one of the first key members of the team and will play a critical role in building the affiliate direction from the ground up.
You will be responsible not only for partner management but also for traffic quality analysis, performance monitoring, payout validation, and scaling profitable partnerships.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands affiliate marketing beyond relationship management and can independently analyze data, make decisions, and drive business results.

• Onboard the first affiliate partners for UK and NL markets

We are looking for an experienced Head of Media Buying to join our team. In this role, you will lead and scale performance marketing operations across Tier-1 European markets, driving user acquisition, profitability, and sustainable growth. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• You will develop and execute media buying strategies across Tier-1 European markets;
• You will manage and optimize multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic/DSP, Push & In-App traffic, Influencer partnerships, ASA, and UAC;
• You will own media planning, budget allocation, and performance forecasting;
• You will manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from €300k to €1M+ while ensuring profitability and sustainable growth;
• You will monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CAC, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROAS, ROI, ROMI, LTV, Payback Period, and Contribution Margin;
• You will lead and mentor cross-functional performance teams, including Media Buyers, Creative Strategists, Designers, Analysts, and Tracking Specialists;
• You will collaborate closely with product, CRM, analytics, and creative teams to maximize acquisition and retention performance;
• You will build scalable acquisition processes, operational frameworks, and reporting structures;
• You will ensure accurate attribution, tracking, and data collection across all acquisition channels;
• You will continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to identify new growth opportunities.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying;
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership position such as Head of Media Buying, Performance Lead, or Acquisition Lead;
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 European markets;
• Hands-on experience managing advertising budgets of €300k–€1M+ per month;
• Strong track record of scaling profitable acquisition campaigns;
• Experience in highly competitive industries such as iGaming and Sports Betting;
• Deep understanding of acquisition economics, including CAC, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROAS, ROI, ROMI, LTV, Payback Period, Contribution Margin, Revenue Attribution, Incrementality, Cohort Analysis, Funnel Optimization, and Retention Impact;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

Key Requirements
 

• Experience: 2+ years in Performance Marketing.
• DSP Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Ad Networks and DSP's (e.g., Ubidex, Kayzen, BidSwitch, etc.).
• Retargeting Specialist: Proven ability to build and scale marketing retention campaigns for consumer products will be plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of attribution models (Post-view vs. Click) and conversion deduplication.
• Technical setup skills: working with pixels, postbacks, and user cookies.
• Familiarity with tracking tools (AppsFlyer/Adjust) and analytics (Tableau, Jira).
• Analytical Mindset: Expert-level command of CTR, CR, CPA metrics.

• Technical Integration: Handle complex pixel integrations and postback configurations to ensure data accuracy.

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with a proven track record in the iGaming industry (B2C products). The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in managing partner traffic across LATAM, possesses a strong affiliate base in these markets, and understands how to scale partnerships for long-term revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and grow partnerships with affiliates across LATAM markets

About the Role

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with partners in the US market, driving performance, and scaling affiliate collaborations.

You will own a specific vertical (Finance or Health), becoming the go-to person for partners in your niche and playing a key role in the department’s growth.

This role is communication-heavy and requires confidence across multiple channels — from calls and voice messages to Slack, email, and other platforms.
 

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners (primarily US-based)
• Take full ownership of a specific vertical (Finance or Health)
• Negotiate and increase CPA rates to maximize performance
