Ви працюватимете над інтерфейсами систем управління, аналітичних панелей і мобільних рішень, що вимагають надійності, швидкості й продуманості кожного елемента.

Важливо не просто створювати візуально привабливий дизайн, а й глибоко розуміти користувацьку логіку, особливо в сценаріях, де інтерфейс впливає на ефективність роботи системи.
 

Основні завдання:

• Проєктування та вдосконалення інтерфейсів для військово-технічних і аналітичних систем (web + mobile)
• Проведення UX-досліджень: інтерв'ю, юзабіліті-тестування, аналіз користувацьких сценаріїв
• Створення інтерактивних прототипів і дизайн-концепцій
• Розробка та підтримка дизайн-системи і бібліотеки компонентів у Figma
• Співпраця не лише з розробниками, а й з інженерами, аналітиками та системними архітекторами
• Контроль реалізації дизайну та участь у дизайн-рев'ю
   

Вимоги:

• 4+ роки досвіду в UI/UX-дизайні (бажано у складних або технологічних продуктах)
• Глибоке розуміння UX-процесів і користувацьких сценаріїв
• Впевнене володіння Figma (компоненти, автолейаути, змінні, дизайн-системи)
• Досвід створення та підтримки бібліотеки компонентів
• Досвід роботи з мобільними застосунками та web-платформами
• Уміння мислити системно, аргументувати рішення й ефективно працювати в технічній команді
   

Перевагою буде:

• Навички UX writing або motion design
• Досвід участі у A/B тестуванні
• Знання принципів доступності (accessibility)
