We're assembling our core team and looking for a Growth Hacker who will build the marketing machine from scratch: from strategy to paying customers.

What you'll do

Strategy & positioning: define and sharpen value propositions for different segments (founders, C-level, operations, SMB, mid-market), segment the market by industry and company size, build 3-month and 12-month growth plans focused on fast learning cycles rather than big one-shot campaigns.

Growth experiments & hypothesis validation: turn product ideas into clear testable hypotheses (audience, problem, promise, offer, channel, metric), run A/B tests on landing pages, pricing, trials, and onboarding flows, quickly spin up micro-MVPs for new agent types and verticals, and feed structured insights back to the product team.

Omnichannel funnels & performance marketing: own end-to-end funnels across paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok), organic content (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, blog, communities), email automation, partnerships, and in-product funnels. Track CAC, LTV, ROMI, and payback period — and reallocate budget based on real data, not gut feeling.

Content & creatives: create or commission high-converting assets — ads, videos, carousels, landing pages, one-pagers — and build a content plan around use cases, case studies, and AI agent demos.

Sales & product collaboration: align with the founding team and sales on ICP and qualification rules, prepare sales enablement materials (decks, battle cards, ROI calculators), and bring market signals back into the product roadmap.

You're a great fit if you

We’re looking for a data-driven and execution-minded Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our marketing engine across multiple countries, channels, and customer segments.

As CMO, you’ll own the full marketing strategy — from paid acquisition and brand building to retention and lifecycle flows. You'll be responsible for designing and executing a multi-market, multi-channel growth system, deeply rooted in business intelligence and experimentation.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Expansion Manager, Product leadership, and founders to enter new markets, build go-to-market (GTM) plans, and shape how mental health is delivered globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing strategy – lead integrated multi-channel strategy (paid, organic, lifecycle, brand, PR) across all markets and segments
• Business Intelligence & Analytics – develop a robust analytics layer to track CAC, LTV, funnel health, and channel attribution; turn data into decisions
• GTM & expansion – co-develop GTM playbooks for new market launches; support Expansion team with scalable acquisition frameworks
• Growth – design and implement experiments to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization; identify growth loops and viral mechanics
• Full-funnel ownership – from lead gen and onboarding to retention and referrals; build customer journeys that work across regions
• Team hiring & leadership – hire and lead a high-performing team across performance, content, CRM, analytics, and country marketing

• Budgeting & planning – own marketing budgets and growth forecasting per region; run monthly and quarterly planning cycles
• Brand & messaging – own Clearly’s narrative across cultures and channels; ensure consistency while localizing effectively
• C-suite impact – report to co-founders; help define company-wide strategy based on user insights and growth metrics

Expectations:

• 7+ years in senior marketing or growth roles (marketplaces, SaaS, or health tech preferred)
• Proven track record in international or global markets
• Hands-on experience with multi-market expansion, performance marketing, brand development, and CRM
• Deep understanding of funnel optimization, segmentation, retention strategies, and marketing attribution
• Strategic thinking and structured planning, with the ability to zoom into operational detail when needed
• Proven leadership experience: hiring, mentoring, and aligning teams across disciplines and time zones
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, funnel metrics, budgeting, A/B testing, BI tooling (e.g. Looker, GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Track record of driving results in complex, multistep user journeys

1. Самостійність у прийнятті рішень — немає комітетів і довгих погоджень. Якщо канал не працює, кандидат сам це бачить і сам змінює підхід, не чекаючи вказівок.
   Орієнтація на результат, а не на процес — важливо не те, скільки дзвінків зроблено і скільки листів відправлено, а скільки угод закрито і який revenue генерує відділ.
2. Вміння будувати команду і делегувати — ти не намагаєшся закрити все самостійно, розумієш, де потрібен сильніший спеціаліст, і вмієш його знайти, онбордити і утримати.
3. Впевнена комунікація на рівні C-suite — комфортно почуваєшся в переговорах з операційними директорами і власниками логістичних компаній, говорить мовою бізнесу і вміє донести цінність продукту без зайвої технічної деталізації.

Ми шукаємо CMO, який приєднається до bodo в момент нашої трансформації.

Після 16 років лідерства ми робимо рестарт маркетингової та бізнесової моделі:

• переходимо від «збору попиту» (Search) до «створення бажання» (Content-first & Social Commerce)

Твої майбутні цілі та задачі:

• Операційно реалізувати стратегію маркетингу: перетворити бізнес-цілі на дієву систему продажів через сучасний контент, нові продукти та силу лідерів думок. Це про побудову з нуля: контент-команда, процеси, формати.
• Створити «виробництво» контенту (instagram, tiktok, ugc, influence), як основного інструменту генерації попиту.
• Зібрати in house команду та розширити команду fractional сініорів на фрілансі для консалтингу.
• Збільшити продажі «вражень у подарунок» в наступному фінансовому році (починається 1 квітня 2026 року) на 30% в штуках
• Ефективно управляти маркетинговим бюджетом (30+ млн грн / рік (бюджет на команду окремо).
• Реалізувати gtm стратегію та вивести новий продукт «враження для себе» (букінг дозвілля у звичайні та святкові дні) на рівень продажів вражень у подарунок.
• Запустити нові продукти та побудувати їх маркетинг — корпоративні враження для невеликих команд, святкування днів народжень тощо.
• Побудувати систему аналітики.

• Маєш успішні кейси запуску нових продуктів/брендів та досягав значних результатів у збільшенні продажів на b2c ринку з продуктом, де треба було створювати попит та генерувати продажі за допомогою соціальних мереж (influence кампанії, органіка в tiktok та reels, performance в соціальних мережах).
• Занурюєшся в дослідження особисто, працюєш із JTBD, Value Proposition Canvas, розумієш свою ЦА.
• Створював gtm стратегії та ніс відповідальність за p&l.
• Вмієш збирати команди, запускати робочі процеси, будувати систему і тримати фокус на результаті.
• Будував системи аналітики з нуля, аргументуєш рішення даними та логікою.
• Слідкуєш за брендами та продуктами, які досягають крутих результатів, в першу чергу в Україні.
• Маєш естетичний інтелект: високу «надивленість», відчуваєш стиль і вмієш розрізнити якісний візуал.
• Можеш читати, писати та говорити англійською мовою.
• Займаєшся саморозвитком як управлінець та маркетолог.
• Ти, як і ми, прихильник здорових звичок (куріння для нас — табу).

Ми відкриті до кандидатів, які ще не мали титулу CMO, але мають достатню експертизу, глибину розуміння маркетингу, лідерський досвід і амбіцію вирости в сильного маркетинг-лідера. Ця роль не про назву, а про результативність твоїх дій.

Ми ж пропонуємо динаміку всередині системного бізнесу: прямий доступ до СЕО / власника, швидкі рішення.

Що класного є в пропозиції:

1. Зарплата: фіксована ставка 160.000 грн, квартальний 40.000 грн * 3 та річний 40.000 грн * 12 бонуси.

• Own and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
• Build and scale a high-performing marketing team (in-house + external)
• Drive predictable lead generation and pipeline growth (B2B focus)
• Define and optimize the full marketing funnel: traffic → MQL → SQL → revenue

• 5+ years in marketing, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS / fintech
• Proven experience building and scaling marketing functions
