About the Role:
 

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Backend-focused) to join a small, high-caliber team developing the core components of this real-time governance system.

Your primary focus will be backend development using Node.js/TypeScript — implementing scalable services, APIs, and platform features. • 5+ years of backend development experience building scalable applications
• Strong proficiency in Node.js
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud services and microservices architecture

We are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack PHP Developer to join a professional German-based product company team that designs innovative eHealth solutions for hospitals.

You will work on a stable healthcare product, contributing to backend architecture and supporting frontend functionality where needed.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience with PHP development (8.4 is used)
• 3 years of experience with Symfony 4 or higher (6.4 is used)
• Experience with Doctrine, MariaDB
• Experience with Twig
• Experience with REST API
• Experience with Linux/Debian
• Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery (up to 10–20% of tasks)
• Knowledge of SASS
• Good English language skills both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience with Cypress
• Experience with Unit tests
