We're looking for a hands-on Senior Growth Analyst who will take ownership of ensuring Coinask's data is accurate, consistent, and ready to drive business decisions — from tracking and integrations to product analytics, attribution, and dashboards.

This isn't a "just reporting" role. You'll be responsible for the product's analytical foundation: collecting data correctly, maintaining data quality, connecting different systems, and helping Marketing and Product see the full picture of the business.
 

About the Role

We're actively driving traffic and growing the product, so we need a single source of truth for Marketing and Product:

Tracking → Integrations → Data Quality → Product Analytics → Dashboards → Insights
 

You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, Growth PM, and Engineering, to ensure a strong connection among marketing data, user behavior, and product data.
 

Your Responsibilities

• Tracking & Analytics Setup: build and maintain the Event Taxonomy, web/product tracking, and key user journey events. Work with GTM, server-side tracking, and analytics tools.
• Product Analytics: set up and maintain Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar systems — funnels, cohorts, retention, activation, and key product flows.
• Integrations & Data Flow: ensure correct data exchange between Web, Product, Backend, CRM, ad platforms, and analytics tools via APIs, Webhooks, n8n/Make, or other integrations.
• Marketing Analytics & Attribution: connect ad spend, traffic sources, sign-ups, and product events so Marketing and Product see accurate CAC, ROAS, conversion, and LTV.
• Data Quality & QA: regularly audit data, find duplicates, data loss, broken events, and discrepancies between systems; identify root causes and coordinate fixes with Engineering.
• Dashboards & Reporting: build and maintain clear dashboards for Marketing, Product, and Management, keeping metrics up to date with a single shared definition.
• Insights: find anomalies, patterns, and growth opportunities in the data and turn them into actionable insights for Product and Marketing.
• Use AI and automation tools to speed up analysis, SQL, QA, debugging, and data work.
  
   

What We Expect From You

MUSH HAVE 

• 2+ years hands-on with a subscription product, in-house — you owned its metrics, not just reported on them: free-to-paid conversion,

churn, cohorts of paying users

Core requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Web Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or Tracking.
• Confident with GTM, GA4, and product analytics tools — Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar.
• Understand how events, cookies, first-party data, server-side tracking, APIs, and Webhooks work.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to work independently with data in PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or similar systems.
• Hands-on experience building integrations and data flows between marketing, product, and backend systems.
• Understand marketing attribution principles and how to connect acquisition data with product metrics.

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst (Web Acquisition). Our Analytics team is looking for someone to take ownership of how conversion signal gets delivered, measured, and trusted across our paid web traffic. You will own the full chain from server-side postbacks and click-ID capture to UTM taxonomy and affiliate reconciliation, catch measurement gaps before they hit spend, and turn conversion and funnel data into dashboards and recommendations that our marketing and User Acquisition teams act on daily. • Own conversion signal delivery end to end: S2S postbacks per channel, event mapping, deduplication across event sources, and match-quality diagnostics
• Own identity and match quality: hashed first-party data used for matching, click-ID capture and persistence from landing page to CRM to payment

• Own UTM taxonomy and campaign naming conventions across all channels, with automated validation
• Own affiliate measurement: deduplication between partner postbacks and paid channels, attribution windows and overlap rules, conversion validation and payout accuracy, partner-level quality and fraud controls
• Analyze campaign and partner performance and traffic quality by channel, campaign, creative, geo and placement, including landing-page and checkout funnel conversion, lead quality, repeat purchase, LTV and payback
• Find growth points in CAC, ROAS and payback and turn them into recommendations the UA and affiliate teams can act on
• Test optimization hypotheses with UA: bidding strategy, which conversion to optimize for, conversion value definitions, audience and creative structures
• Build automated Tableau dashboards and ad-hoc reports on conversion values, bidding performance, signal delivery, partner payouts and funnel metrics
• Build and maintain custom marketing datasets in BigQuery on top of network, GA4, affiliate and CRM data

It's all about you

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or product analytics, with hands-on ownership of paid acquisition data
• Confident SQL in BigQuery
• Solid understanding of statistics: funnel conversion, sample size, telling a real difference from noise
• Python (Pandas) for analysis and automation: data validation, conversion uploads, recurring pipelines
• Hands-on Tableau, from data model to dashboards the team uses daily
• Practical experience with server-side conversion delivery on at least one platform: Meta CAPI, Google offline / Enhanced Conversions, TikTok or Snapchat Events API, or affiliate postback integrations
• Understanding of web attribution and performance marketing: click IDs and UTM, attribution windows, why platform, GA4 and internal numbers disagree and which to trust for which decision
• Understanding of consent, first-party identity and cookie limitations, and what they do to measured conversions
• Experience collaborating with User Acquisition teams and supporting data-driven decisions
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to identify root causes of changes, not just describe the numbers

Шукаємо досвідченого SEO & Web Analytics Specialist (Framer) для проведення повного комплексу SEO-оптимізації та налаштування веб-аналітики на 4 проєктних сайтах.

Основні задачі:
 

• Аналіз конкурентів та збір семантики:

   

  • Аналіз 5–10 прямих конкурентів (органічний трафік, найсильніші сторінки).
  • Збір та кластеризація семантичного ядра (комерційні та інформаційні запити).
  • Складання карти релевантності (запит → сторінка) та пошук семантичних прогалин із рекомендаціями щодо нових сторінок.
  • Оформлення зрозумілої підсумкової таблиці.
     
• Впровадження ключових слів:
  • Оптимізація Meta Title, Meta Description та заголовків H1–H3 під зібране ядро.

  • Підготовка правок до контенту (без переспаму, природна мова) та налаштування шаблонів метатегів для CMS-сторінок.

     

• Технічне SEO для 4 сайтів на Framer:
  • Швидкий аудит поточного стану проектів.
  • Прописання Alt-текстів для зображень та впровадження JSON-LD розмітки (Organization / LocalBusiness).
  • Перевірка коректності sitemap.xml та robots.txt.

  • Підключення Google Search Console до всіх 4 сайтів, відправка карт сайту та контроль індексації.

     

• Аналітика та піксельний трекінг:

   

  • Підключення GA4, Google Tag Manager та Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) на всі 4 сайти.
  • Налаштування відстеження цільових подій і конверсій (форми, кнопки, переходи в месенджери).
  • Перевірка коректності передачі даних через Meta Pixel Helper, Google Tag Assistant та GA4 DebugView.

  • Базове налаштування банера згоди на cookies.

     

Що ми чекаємо від кандидата:

• Обов’язковий практичний досвід роботи з платформою Framer (кандидатів без досвіду роботи з цієї платформою не розглядаємо).
• Досвід у технічному SEO від 2 років.
• Підтверджений досвід збору семантичного ядра та кластеризації (з прикладами робіт).
• Навички роботи з Ahrefs, Semrush, Serpstat або аналогами.
• Впевнене володіння Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Search Console.
• Чітке розуміння технічних можливостей та обмежень Framer.
• Високий рівень автономності: вміння самостійно отримати доступи, якісно виконати задачу та надати підтвердження результату.
