Jobs Video Editor

About Yanarchy

Yanarchy is a Los Angeles-based talent management agency working at the intersection of the creator economy, content, and monetization. We help creators grow their brands, expand their audiences, and build sustainable businesses through strategic talent management and content-driven growth.

We combine creative thinking with structured execution to produce content that meets high quality standards and performs across platforms.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor / Post-Production Specialist to take full ownership of the post-production process — from organizing raw footage to delivering polished, platform-ready videos.

This role goes beyond cutting footage together. You’ll work with multi-camera recordings, shape the narrative and pacing, handle color grading and sound, create motion graphics, and use AI-powered tools where they improve the production process or final result.

We’re looking for someone who can independently manage complex editing projects, make strong creative and technical decisions, and deliver high-quality work without constant supervision.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-End Post-Production: Manage the full editing workflow, from reviewing and organizing raw footage to final export and delivery.
• Editing & Storytelling: Structure large volumes of footage according to the script and project goals. Shape pacing, rhythm, transitions, and narrative flow to maintain viewer attention.
• Multi-Camera Editing: Work confidently with footage from 2–4 or more cameras, including media synchronization and consistent visual output.
• Color Grading: Perform color correction and grading, match footage from different cameras, and work with Log, RAW, and different color profiles.
• Audio Post-Production: Edit and mix dialogue, music, sound effects, and ambient audio. Balance levels and prepare final audio in line with platform requirements.
• Motion Graphics & Visual Effects: Create animated titles, lower thirds, subtitles, infographics, masks, tracking, and basic composites.
• AI-Assisted Production: Use AI tools for video and image generation, voice synthesis, lip-sync, cleanup, upscaling, and other post-production tasks where relevant.
• Creative Asset Selection: Independently source music, sound effects, stock footage, and additional visual elements that fit the project's style and objectives.
• Technical Delivery: Manage codecs, frame rates, proxies, media organization, and export settings to ensure reliable delivery across platforms.
• Revisions & Quality Control: Implement feedback efficiently, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain a consistently high quality bar while meeting deadlines.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of editing and post-production.
• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, including Edit, Color, and Fairlight, plus basic working knowledge of Fusion and/or After Effects.
• Proven experience editing multi-camera footage with 2–4 or more camera angles.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, visual composition, and audience retention.
• Confident color grading skills, including camera matching and working with Log, RAW, and different color profiles.
• Practical audio editing and mixing skills, including dialogue cleanup, music, SFX, audio balancing, and final loudness.
• Ability to create basic motion graphics, animated titles, subtitles, tracking, masks, and simple visual effects.
• Understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, proxy workflows, media management, synchronization, and export requirements.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered production tools such as Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, or comparable solutions.
• Experience working across multiple formats, such as vlogs, podcasts, interviews, narrative videos, advertising content, social media videos, and full-length shows.
• Ability to independently source suitable creative assets, respond to feedback, and make sound editorial decisions.
• Strong self-management, attention to detail, accountability, and consistent deadline discipline.

What Success Looks Like

• Videos are delivered on time and meet the required creative, technical, and platform standards.
• Raw footage is transformed into cohesive, engaging content with clear narrative structure and intentional pacing.
• Color, sound, graphics, and visual elements are consistent and polished.
• The post-production process runs smoothly, with minimal need for supervision and efficient handling of revisions.

• Final exports are technically correct and ready for their intended platforms.

What We Offer

• Fully remote work
• Ownership of lifecycle and retention strategy
• Data-driven environment with room for experimentation
• Competitive compensation
• Paid vacation, sick leave, and personal days off
• Clear processes and collaborative team culture

About Us

Indigo Branding Agency is a Los Angeles based creative agency working across brand identity, packaging design, and social media marketing, with clients in industries such as food and beverage, hospitality, beauty, wellness, and more. You can see our work at indigobrandingagency.com and on Instagram at @ indigo_branding_agency.

We are looking for an experienced full-time Video Editor to take ownership of our video output, working closely with our team on a daily basis.

This is a dedicated, long-term position with a fixed monthly salary, not project based freelance work.

What You Will Be Working On

• Social media reels and short-form video, which make up the bulk of the work. This covers product and brand content, event highlights, behind the scenes and founder content, UGC-style edits, and trend-driven formats.
• Marketing campaign commercials
• Agency showreels and portfolio edits

- Color and sound design are part of every edit, not a finishing touch applied at the end.

- You will work with a wide range of source material, from professionally shot log footage to raw iPhone and user-generated clips that need to be elevated to a premium standard.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, along with After Effects for text animation, transitions, and light motion work (not heavy 3D).
• Comfortable working with log footage, including color correction, grading, and matching shots across a sequence
• A strong sense of typography and brand consistency. You know how to pair fonts, work within a brand's palette, and place text so it sits naturally in the frame, and everything you edit feels cohesive in treatment and tone.
• Solid instincts for pacing and sound design. Your cuts and text animations move with the edit rather than sitting on top of it.
• Speed. You can turn short-form edits around quickly without the quality slipping.
• Active use of AI tools in your workflow. We use them across production and want someone already working with them and interested in pushing further. You do not need to know every tool.
• Comfortable communicating in English or Russian.

How We Work

We work to deliverables and deadlines rather than fixed hours. You have flexibility in how you structure your day, as long as work is delivered on time and you can join meetings at reasonable hours. We work across time zones, so call times vary.

What We Offer

• $40/per reel per month, paid monthly
• Consistent, varied work across a growing client roster

How to Apply

Share a link to your work. Three to five finished short-form pieces tell us more than a montage reel, and Instagram or TikTok links are welcome. If you would like to add a note, tell us which tools you use and how AI fits into your workflow.

Location: European Union (Remote)

Employment Type: Part-Time, Long-Term Cooperation

This is a great opportunity to contribute to a meaningful technology project while working part-time.

Responsibilities:

- Review short video clips using the client's annotation platform.

- Identify and flag clearly visible contaminants, such as plastic bags and packaging materials.

- Follow annotation guidelines based on different waste types.

- Skip unclear or ambiguous cases to maintain accuracy.

- Ensure consistent and high-quality annotation results.

Requirements:

- Clear tasks, structured guidelines, and onboarding support.

- Potential for increased workload as the project grows.

- An opportunity to contribute to technology that supports better waste management and recycling.

About us

Softprom is a value-added IT distributor founded in 1999: 27 years in the market, 33 countries, 120+ vendors across five practices: Cybersecurity, Cloud & AI, IT Infrastructure, Security Systems, CAD & Graphics.

We sell complex technologies to IT professionals and businesses. They are usually described in long texts. We want to show them in video: short, clear, regular. YouTube — for expert content: solution overviews, webinar recordings, conversations with engineers and vendors. TikTok and short formats — to reach a new audience of IT specialists and partners. The channels don't yet exist in the shape we want. You will build them.

Why this role exists

Two jobs:

1. Build and run the Softprom YouTube channel as a regular expert medium about cybersecurity, cloud and IT infrastructure.
2. Launch short formats for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Instagram that bring a new audience and support vendor campaigns.

Who we are looking for

This is a role for someone who makes video from idea to publication and watches the numbers. We are looking for someone:

• Who can turn a technical topic into a clear, engaging video: script, filming or screen recording, editing, thumbnail, publication.
• Systematic — you run the content plan and keep the rhythm: 4 videos a month for YouTube plus regular short formats.
• Who works with channel analytics and changes content based on the numbers: retention, views, subscriptions, click-throughs.
• Who isn't afraid of IT topics and is ready to dig into cybersecurity and cloud together with the engineers.
• Who actively uses AI tools for scripts, subtitles, translation, editing and avatars.

What you will do

• The quarterly channel content plan together with the practice marketers and vendors.
• Video production: scripts, recording experts and webinars, screen recording, editing, template-based graphics, subtitles, thumbnails.
• Adapting one video into several formats: YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram.
• Running the channels: publication, descriptions, tags, playlists, replying to comments, engaging the audience.
• Video for vendor campaigns and events: announcements, teasers, event recaps, solution presentations.
• Channel analytics and a monthly report: what people watch, what retains them, what brings them to the website and into campaigns.

What matters to us

• 2+ years running a brand's or medium's YouTube or TikTok channel with confirmed results.
• Editing and graphics: Premiere Pro or DaVinci, CapCut, After Effects — basic; working with templates.
• The ability to write scripts and work with experts on camera.
• Experience with AI tools for video: script generation, subtitles, voiceover, avatars.
• Understanding of B2B and IT topics, or the readiness to get up to speed quickly.

SLA — process standards

• Publication rhythm: 4 videos a month for YouTube + regular short formats, per the content plan.
• Campaign video within 10 business days of the brief.

KPI — results

• Views, audience retention, subscribers per channel.
• Click-throughs from video to the website and into campaigns (UTM).
• Leads from video sources (UTM / HubSpot attribution).

What we offer

• Fully remote work.
• Channels you build into your own format, and 120+ technologies from global manufacturers as content material.
• Access to the company's engineers, vendors and events in 15 countries.
• Freedom in tools: we are open to any approach — what matters is return on investment.

We are looking for a creative Video Editor to help us produce engaging social media content, paid ads, podcasts, and educational videos.

We’re looking for someone with a strong sense of storytelling who can turn raw footage into clear, interesting content that connects with viewers.

What you’ll do

• Edit videos in Adobe Premiere Pro for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Turn interviews, podcasts, and creator footage into engaging videos with strong hooks, natural pacing, and clear narratives.

• Add captions, graphics, sound design, and B-roll that support the story.

• Create different hooks, cuts, and formats to test new creative approaches.

• Support podcast editing, potentially including multicam projects and repurposing full episodes into short clips.

• Collaborate with the team, incorporate feedback, and contribute creative ideas.

• Manage deadlines and keep project files organized.

What we’re looking for

• Preferably at least one year of video editing experience..

• Confidence working in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• A good eye for pacing, visual composition, and detail.

• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.

• The ability to manage multiple editing tasks and respond well to feedback.

• Curiosity and a willingness to learn new techniques and tools, including AI tools for video production.

• A portfolio that demonstrates your editing skills and creative judgment.

Bonus points for

• Experience editing multicam podcasts, including syncing audio and video and switching naturally between camera angles.

• Experience identifying standout podcast moments and turning them into engaging short clips that make sense on their own.

• Experience editing UGC-style ads or performance marketing content.

• Basic motion graphics or Adobe After Effects skills.

• Familiarity with AI image, video, or voice generation tools.

How to apply

Send us your CV, portfolio, and a short introduction. Include a few relevant examples of your work - particularly social ads, podcast edits, or short-form videos and briefly explain your role in creating them.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Editor who understands that performance is the brief. This role is responsible for turning raw footage, creator content, production assets, existing ads, and other source material into compelling paid-social creative designed to acquire customers.

You’ll work in a high-volume environment where editing decisions are informed by both creative judgment and performance data. The goal isn't simply to make one polished ad—it's to build, test, iterate, and continuously improve creative at scale.

• Transform raw creator and production footage into compelling direct-response advertising.

• Develop multiple meaningful variations from concepts and source material.

• Experiment with hooks, pacing, structure, visual storytelling, text treatments, CTAs, and other creative variables.

• Work closely with Creative Strategists to translate briefs and hypotheses into finished ads.

• Identify opportunities within existing footage and assets that may not have been explicitly requested in the original brief.

• Adapt successful concepts into new formats and executions without simply creating minor variations of the same ad.

• Maintain strong organization across project files, source footage, finished ads, and reusable creative assets.

• Help improve workflows for locating, organizing, tagging, and reusing creative assets.

• Collaborate with the broader creative team to improve production and post-production systems over time.

• Stay current on editing styles, social formats, platform trends, and emerging creative technology.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional video-editing experience, ideally within performance marketing, DTC/eCommerce, advertising, or high-volume social content.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable professional editing software.

• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, retention, and direct-response advertising.

• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing creative judgment or execution quality.

• Comfortable receiving performance feedback and using it to inform subsequent edits.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Excellent attention to detail and file organization.

• A portfolio demonstrating strong short-form advertising or social content.

How We Show Care:

• A personalized welcome kit full of True Sea Moss goodies

• Sports reimbursement to keep your body as nourished as your mind

• Extra vacation days on top of local holidays

• Monthly coaching sessions to accelerate your professional growth

• Corporate English classes if you’d like even sharper language skills

• WHOOP membership for holistic health insights

• Coworking stipend so you can choose your perfect workspace

• Team off-sites and creative project grants to spark inspiration

Sound like you or someone you know? We’d love to hear your story. Let’s grow something true together.

We’re an e-commerce company running several online stores and DTC brands, mainly in skincare, beauty and apparel.

We’re looking for an AI Video Creator to join our team full-time and produce video ads for Meta and TikTok. You’ll work on real briefs for our products, from script to final edit, and see how your creatives perform with real data.

What you’ll do:

• Create AI video ads for our products: UGC-style creatives, product videos, brand stories
• Produce Pixar-style 3D animated videos
• Build AI avatars and characters that stay consistent across multiple videos, with lip-synced voiceovers
• Recreate reference Reels and TikToks, matching motion, camera and timing

What we offer:

• Access to all the AI tools and subscriptions needed for the work
• Real performance data on your creatives

____

We're Dreaver. We're a lifestyle brand, that currently sells treadmills and other fitness equipment for the home, direct to people who want to move more without a gym membership or the pressure from booking a class. We run ads in the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden — more markets can follow. Creative is the lever that moves the needle for us, and we are looking for a loyal editor to own our video output long-term.

This is direct-response editing, not video production. If your scope is weddings, corporate or long-form YouTube, we won't be a good client for you.

What you'd be doing
Cutting UGC, founder footage and mash-ups into Meta ads, 9:16 and 4:5. Hook variants tested against each other. Editing to AI voiceover with clean sync and pacing. Comfortable with AI b-roll or AI UGC shot from Higgsfield, made to not look like AI. Captions, pattern interrupts, retention pacing, end cards. Re-cutting winners into new angles instead of starting from zero.

Multiple markets | NL, DK, SE, ...
Native translators on the team handle scripting and copy per market, you don't need to write or speak Dutch, Danish or Swedish. A creative sense for scripting and concepting, someone who can push back on a script or suggest a better opening, is a big plus.

How we work
- Ownership matters, you don't wait for a brief to fix what you can already see.
- Speed. We'd rather test fast than think long. We learn by doing and improve as we go.
- Proactive. You don't wait around. You spot opportunities, flag problems, and act.
- Fix > perfect. See something that could be better? Fix it. Perfection isn't the requirement, progress is.

Tools
Premiere Pro or CapCut, non-negotiable. Comfortable with Higgsfield and ElevenLabs for the occasional AI shot and voice-overs. We're not hiring an AI specialist, just someone who won't freeze the first time AI footage lands in their timeline. When working together, we pay for all AI subscriptions, on our accounts.

What we offer
- Full-time
- $1500-2200+ per month, depending on level
- Perform well and you grow with us. More scope, better pay.
- Work when you work best. No fixed hours, just deadlines and a few hours overlap with Amsterdam CET
- Long-term. We want someone for years, not a project

How to apply
Reply with this exact format:

[Your name] | [years editing DR ads] | [months using Higgsfield] | [preferred monthly payment]

Example: Anna Nowak | 3 | 7 | 1700

Then reply to the questions asked, exactly these 5 lines with LINKS.
1. Best UGC or founder ad you've edited:
2. What it sold and how it performed:
3. Best non-english AI video you've made (if any)
4. Loom link (90 seconds max, camera on) --> open one of the two videos on your screen and talk us through one editing decision, and why. Not a pitch, not your CV. We want to hear how you think.

You will be skipped for: wrong subject format, a CV instead of links, attachments, "I am hardworking and a fast learner," or anything that could have been sent to any company.

We want to hear from you. Really see you and build that true connection.

AI Creator / AI Video Production Specialist

• створюватимеш реалістичне AI-відео для реклами та соцмереж;
• розроблятимеш AI-персонажів і тримати їхню консистентність (обличчя, образ, голос);
• писатимеш сценарії, будуватимеш сцени та історії;
• робитимеш lip sync, озвучку, саунд-дизайн, монтаж;

• сильне portfolio з відео, а не лише зображень;
• розуміння сторітелінгу та динаміки short-form;

Інструменти: Runway, Veo, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, Flux, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, CapCut, Premiere, After Effects та інші.
