Jobs Product Design

We are looking for a talented Product Designer with strong wireframing skills and the ability to structure complex product logic into clear, usable experiences. This role is particularly suited for someone who enjoys working with data-heavy, multi-layered SaaS platforms and translating complexity into intuitive interaction models.

The designer will work in close collaboration with senior designers, Product, and Engineering as part of a shared design process, contributing to solution development, refining user flows, and ensuring consistency across the product. The role is not limited to execution - it requires analytical thinking, ownership of UX structure, and active participation in shaping scalable solutions.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in wireframing, interaction design, and information architecture
• Proven ability to work with complex, data-heavy SaaS systems or applications
• Preferably experience in B2B products, where workflows and operational logic are critical
• Ability to translate ambiguous or technical requirements into structured UX solutions
• Comfortable working within an established design framework while contributing improvements
• Strong collaboration skills across Product, Design, and Engineering
• Detail-oriented with a focus on usability, clarity, and scalability rather than purely visual output
• Working hours 10 am - 6 pm CET time (11 am - 7pm Kyiv), Mon-Fri

Collaboration & Contribution

This role contributes to the team by supporting and strengthening the overall design delivery - developing wireframes, validating structural decisions, and helping scale consistent patterns across the product ecosystem. The designer will partner with senior team members to ensure alignment, while bringing their own expertise and problem-solving approach to day-to-day work.

Focus Areas

• Structuring complex features into clear user flows and layouts
• Supporting redesign and product evolution initiatives
• Ensuring UX consistency across modules and touchpoints
• Contributing to the development and application of the design system
• Helping translate business and technical needs into usable product experiences

We are looking for a Product Designer who combines strong product thinking, interaction design, and hands-on user research to design end-to-end experiences for our global FinTech product.

You will join our Core & Growth direction and work inside a cross-functional tribe alongside a product manager, a product analyst, and developers, where design directly shapes how people start using our product, stay safe, and grow with it.

In this role, you will own features from problem framing to release and post-release iteration. Product analysts own quantitative data, and you will own the qualitative side: talking to users, testing solutions, and understanding why people behave the way they do. You will translate these insights into clear, well-crafted solutions across web and mobile, design within the rules of our design system, and deliver measurable results for both the people who use our product and the company.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of features within your tribe, from problem framing and discovery to shipped solution and post-release iteration
• Work as a full member of a cross-functional tribe with a product manager, product analyst, and developers, taking part in discovery, planning, and prioritization
• Design complex product flows and interfaces such as registration and onboarding, authentication and security settings, admin areas, and partner dashboards
• Plan and conduct qualitative user research, including user interviews, usability testing, session recording analysis, and heatmap reviews, and synthesize findings into design hypotheses
• Use quantitative insights from the product analyst (funnels, drop-off points, A/B test results) to decide where to investigate, and bring the qualitative "why" behind the numbers
• Build user flow maps, user journey maps, and interactive prototypes to explore, test, and communicate solutions
• Design within the rules of the product design system, using its components, tokens, and patterns correctly (the system itself is maintained by a dedicated Design System Designer)
• Design for web and mobile (iOS and Android), ensuring consistency and responsiveness across platforms
• Adapt designs for multiple regions and languages, ensuring layouts and content work effectively across different markets and locales

• Document design decisions, prepare clear hand-off for developers, and review implementation quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in product companies, with features you designed shipped to real users
• Portfolio with recent (last 1 to 2 years) end-to-end product cases showing the full process: problem, research, hypotheses, solution, and outcome
• Solid hands-on experience in qualitative user research: planning and running user interviews and usability tests, analyzing session recordings and heatmaps, and synthesizing findings into actionable design hypotheses, using tools such as Maze, Lookback, UserTesting, Clarity, Hotjar, or similar
• Hands-on experience designing complex, multi-step flows and logic-heavy interfaces (onboarding, authentication, settings, dashboards, or similar)
• Proven experience in at least one of these areas: onboarding and activation flows with measurable impact, security and authentication UX (two-factor authentication, passkeys, device and session management), admin panels and internal tools or B2B dashboards, partner, affiliate, or referral programs and portals
• Experience working closely with product managers and product analysts, and using quantitative insights (funnels, A/B test results) as input for design decisions
• Strong interaction design and information architecture skills, with the ability to make complex things simple and clear
• Solid visual design skills (typography, layout, hierarchy, composition) and attention to detail
• Clear understanding of how design systems work (components, variants, tokens, guidelines) and the discipline to design within their rules
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto layout, variants, variables, prototyping)
• Experience designing for both web and mobile
• Experience designing for multi-language and multi-regional products
• Ability to present design decisions to product, engineering, and business stakeholders

• Experience using AI-powered tools (Figma AI plugins, Claude, or similar) in your design workflow

Will be a plus

• Experience working with FinTech products (trading, crypto, banking, payments)
• Experience in more than one of the areas listed in the requirements (for example both onboarding and security, or admin tools and partner portals)
• Experience designing gamification mechanics

• Experience creating microinteractions and lightweight UI animations (Lottie, After Effects, Rive, or similar tools)

We offer

• 20 paid vacation days per year
• 10 paid sick leave days per year
• Public holidays as per the company's approved Public holiday list
• Medical insurance
• Opportunity to work remotely
• Professional education budget
• Language learning budget
• Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)

Phenomenon Studio is a boutique product design and development agency founded in 2019. We work with teams who’ve outgrown what they’ve built — from venture-backed startups to established market leaders — and own the work end to end: strategy, design, development, and post-launch.

The team of 70+ senior specialists is based in Europe, with entities in the USA, Estonia, and Switzerland, serving SaaS, Fintech, Healthcare, and EdTech. Across 120+ launches, clients have raised $500M+.

Phenomenon is a Red Dot Award-winning studio, a Claude Select Partner, and a Webflow Certified Partner. The team includes Nielsen Norman Group UX Certified professionals, and the studio is HIPAA-compliant. Phenomenon holds a 5.0 rating on Clutch, and most clients come back for a second project.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who treats a brief as a hypothesis rather than a specification.

Advantages of the role

• You own complex projects end to end. You don’t just do one part of someone else’s plan — you find the problem, decide what to do, and take responsibility for the result
• You’ll talk directly with the client to understand their needs and expectations, then present your solutions and stand behind them
• We submit product work to awards that judge the thinking, not the surface — Red Dot, UX Design Awards
• A design community of 30+ designers who give honest feedback, share second opinions, and help you think through decisions — people who’ve been in your shoes
• You’ll have a personal mentor to support you. Down the line, you’ll get to be that person for someone else

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial product design experience, a substantial part of it in an agency or outsourcing setup
• Ability to take a project from 0 to 1 as the only designer on it
• Experience across both web and mobile products (iOS, Android)
• Strong visual craft — work that carries a brand and holds up in use, not just structurally sound layouts
• Experience optimising user journeys against metrics: engagement, conversion, retention
• Experience with UX research and behaviour analysis tools (Hotjar, Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Proficiency in Figma (tokens, components, variables, auto-layout)
• Proficiency in modern AI tools for building live demo prototypes and products — Claude Code, Cursor, and similar — and using AI in your workflow without losing quality
• Strong spoken English (B2+ level). You’ll run calls, present and defend solutions, and handle client disagreements directly, alongside the PM.
• A case showing measurable impact on product metrics — required, either in your cover letter or already in your portfolio

What the role actually asks of you

• Identifying the real problem, even when it’s not what the client originally asked for — and being able to explain its importance.
• Adapting the process to the project instead of running the framework to the end
• Identifying the outcome your work should produce, and how anyone would know you met it
• Deciding without complete information — judging business, tech, and budget factors yourself, and acting on it
• Explaining the reasoning behind your solutions to the client, not just presenting layouts

This role is probably not a fit if

• Your answer to “why is it built this way?” is “that’s what the client / PM / Lead asked for”
• You need a detailed PRD or spec before you can start working
• You pass decisions upward instead of bringing a recommendation and the reasoning behind it
• Your case studies show only deliverables — flows, wireframes, a design system, not your reasoning, decisions, or the results.

What we offer

• Remote work format and flexible schedule
• Autonomy in work, opportunity to build processes, and grow within the company
• Individual development plan and annual performance review
• Workshops and playgrounds for continuous learning
• Compensation for subject-matter training
• Corporate English classes
• Access to IT Loyalty Club
• Accounting support
• 18 working days of annual leave
• 7 working days of sick leave and 7 working days of unpaid leave
• All national public holidays off

Recruitment process: Recruitment interview — Technical interview — Final interview

Responsibilities

• Together with our current designer, define the visual language and the core user flows of a mobile-first trading application: onboarding and KYC, funding, order entry, options, portfolio.
• Produce high-fidelity Figma designs and prototypes that engineers can implement directly.
• Conduct competitor and user research; iterate based on feedback from traders.
• Participate in design sessions in Miami during the design phase.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design, with shipped mobile consumer products.
• Portfolio showing dense, data-heavy interfaces where clarity and speed matter.
• Expert in Figma; comfortable working directly with engineers in a small team.

Nice to have

• Fintech, trading, or brokerage products.
• Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping workflows.

🔹Design B2B product interfaces: dashboards, data-heavy screens, workflows, admin and configuration flows;
🔹Deliver in Figma - you can start in any tool, but the final delivery is always a complete, detailed Figma file;
🔹Work within (and help evolve) the company design system;
🔹Take part in discovery: customer calls, understanding user flows, validating solutions;
🔹Present several solution options for every problem and iterate fast on feedback;
🔹Use AI tooling as a normal part of your daily workflow to move faster and explore more options.

Ready to build something meaningful?

Let’s talk. Your next big adventure might just start here.

Our client is seeking a Senior Design Technology Leader to architect and scale an AI-native design and development ecosystem.

This is not a traditional Head of Design role, nor a sandbox for isolated AI experimentation. The core mission is structural: re-engineering the end-to-end product lifecycle so multi-disciplinary teams can move seamlessly from concept to production-ready software at unprecedented speed.

The client has already moved past initial tool testing. They now require a systemic operator who has successfully built, deployed, and scaled production-grade AI workflows, design systems, and cross-functional operating models in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Systemic Workflow Architecture: Architect and roll out end-to-end, AI-first workflows that unify product design, design systems, and frontend engineering.
• Accelerated Time-to-Production: Compress cycles from initial ideation to validated prototypes, component integration, and production code.
• Bridge Design & Code: Connect Figma/design artifacts directly to production codebases using token-based architecture and component libraries.
• Tooling Evaluation & Integration: Assess emerging AI technologies through a pragmatic lens, filtering hype to integrate tools with high production value.
• Organizational Enablement: Drive cross-functional change management, establishing guardrails and coaching designers and engineers on scalable AI workflows.

• Metrics & Optimization: Track and optimize core KPIs across delivery velocity, iteration friction, and code maintainability.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Production Track Record: Demonstrated experience embedding AI-native systems into active design and software engineering pipelines.
• Hybrid Technical Depth: Strong command of design systems, modern frontend architecture, and the mechanics of design-to-code translation.
• Product & Systems Thinking: Ability to look beyond individual tools and optimize the holistic software delivery lifecycle.
• Pragmatic AI Literacy: Clear distinction between flashy tech demos and production-ready AI capabilities.
• Change Leadership: Hands-on experience driving adoption across design, product, and engineering organizations.

• Communication: Business-fluent written and spoken English.

Key Evaluation Criteria (What Matters Most)

The client values concrete proof of deployment over theoretical knowledge. Be prepared to share case studies demonstrating:

1. Before/After Architecture: Baseline workflow vs. the AI-native state you engineered.
2. Infrastructure Built: Specific AI models, internal agentic tools, plugins, or design tokens introduced.
3. Production Integration: How design artifacts dynamically connected to real codebases.
4. Adoption & Scale: Organization-wide adoption rates among engineers and designers.

5. Measurable ROI: Quantifiable impact on iteration cycles and time-to-market.

Nice to Have

• Background as a Design Engineer, Design Technologist, or Product Engineer.
• Hands-on experience building custom AI tools, agents, or plugins for internal dev/design teams.

• Mastery of modern AI coding assistants, generative UI tools, and token-based design systems.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means fundamentally altering how products are shipped. You will eliminate manual handoffs, establish reliable design-to-code connectivity, and establish a repeatable, high-velocity operational model that turns AI into a core competitive advantage.

• High ownership and direct influence over the product and design direction
• Work closely with the people making product and technology decisions
• A culture of shipping weekly rather than designing in isolation
• AI-native workflows with a generous tooling budget — if a tool makes you better or faster, we want you using it
• Fully remote and async-friendly, across time zones
• Compensation scaled to your level

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital solutions that help farmers and agribusinesses make better decisions. Our digital product aims to simplify complex agricultural data into actionable insights, making UX design a central element of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Insights

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, analytics) to understand user goals, pain points, and workflows.
• Translate research insights into actionable artifacts and clearly defined product and UX requirements.
• Contribute to product hypothesis definition and strategic decision-making.

Interaction & Visual Design

• Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Create user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Ensure designs are intuitive, visually consistent, accessible, and aligned with the company’s design standards.

Prototyping & Validation

• Build interactive prototypes to validate product hypotheses.
• Conduct usability testing and synthesize findings.
• Iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.

Collaboration

• Work closely with developers, and agronomy experts to integrate UX design into product implementation.
• Support development teams with design handover and QA of user flows.

Design Systems

• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems.
• Extend reusable components across web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure a cohesive experience across the entire product ecosystem.

Usability & Performance

• Track user behavior and product metrics to evaluate usability and improve user engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• UX/UI Design tools: Figma, AI, etc.
• Research methods: Usability testing, user interviews, analytics analysis.
• Prototyping: Low- and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Design systems: Ability to maintain and extend reusable design components.
• Communication: Strong collaboration across local and global teams.
• English: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
• 3–5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience (product design preferred).
• Portfolio showcasing UX process (research → ideation → prototyping → delivery).

What You’d Work On

Users of Cropwise Operations range from farmers and farm managers to agronomists and retailers. Product designers help bridge complex agronomic data into clear, actionable user experiences — especially in mobile and web applications that support farm management, product analysis, and decision-making.

The Company Offers

• Opportunity to be a part of a best-in-class product that is used by thousands of companies around the world.
• Annual performance bonus scheme.
• Career growth opportunities.
• An environment where you need to seek and implement unique solutions.
• Training and development programs.
• Young and dynamic team with a friendly and open culture.
• Health and life insurance for employees and your family members.
• 32 working days of paid annual leave and sick leave.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Product Design team of one of Europe’s leading online pharmacies.

You’ll work as an embedded designer, taking ownership of end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile — from understanding the problem and exploring solutions to delivering and refining the final product.

This is a product-focused role for someone who is comfortable working with complex systems, multiple user needs, and highly regulated environments. You’ll work closely with Product Owners and engineers and contribute to decisions beyond the UI — including user experience, product logic, and priorities.

What you’ll do

• Lead design for high-impact customer journeys such as onboarding, checkout, e-prescriptions, and repeat orders
• Design end-to-end experiences across web and mobile, from discovery to shipped solution
• Work closely with Product Owners and engineers to shape scope, priorities, and solutions
• Use qualitative research and product data to inform and validate design decisions
• Work with complex user flows, information architecture, and multiple types of users
• Contribute to and evolve the product’s design system, with accessibility built in
• Present and defend your design decisions to product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Raise the quality of design work through critiques, clear documentation, and knowledge sharing

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with shipped work on complex B2C web and mobile products
• Strong understanding of UX, UI, user flows, information architecture, and product thinking
• Experience designing complex digital products rather than primarily websites or marketing pages
• A portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving approach, and impact — not just polished final screens
• Experience working with design systems and strong hands-on Figma skills
• Good understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Ability to work with qualitative research and product data to support design decisions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain and defend your decisions
• Confident English communication skills
• Healthcare experience is a strong plus, especially in e-pharmacy, healthcare products, e-commerce, or other regulated environments
• German is a plus

Why this project

• Work on a large-scale healthcare product used by millions of people
• Solve complex product and customer experience challenges across the entire user journey
• Work closely with an experienced product, design, and engineering team
• Have a real impact on the product beyond individual screens and features
• Build strong, meaningful case studies for your portfolio

• Ownership.

• Diligence.

• Basecamp.

• Health & Wellness

  • Spot Award.
• Work & Life
  • Travel.

  • Donations.
