Your responsibilities
- Participation in ERP system implementation projects in the Payroll module: Implement and adapt Microsoft NAV BC financial modules (cash management, accounting, budgeting, expense management, tax reporting, etc.) to meet clients’ specific needs.
- Analysis of client financial needs: In-depth understanding and analysis of clients’ payroll processes to effectively automate operational procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Study of Microsoft NAV BC system: Gain deep knowledge of the financial functions and capabilities of the system to ensure effective project execution.
- Configuration of ERP NAV BC payroll modules: Configure Microsoft NAV BC to automate financial operations, including account management, reporting, and financial data consolidation.
- Interaction with the development team: Formulate technical tasks for modifying ERP payroll modules, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- System testing: Participate in testing the financial modules of the system to ensure they meet requirements and function correctly.
- Consulting support: Provide user consultation regarding the ERP payroll modules, helping solve issues that arise during the system’s use.
- Process documentation: Create and update user documentation for the system’s financial modules, train users, and provide support during the implementation of solutions.

Here's what it takes to be successful in the role:
- Experience: 3+ years as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer specializing in D365 Finance and Supply Chain (or previous versions).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in X++ (nice to have: C#, .NET, SQL) within D365 environments.
- Implementation Expertise: Hands-on experience with full lifecycle implementations, including development and deployment.
- Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with LCS, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio for project management and version control.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present technical solutions clearly.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new code bases, technologies, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Problem-Solving: A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
