Dynamics 365 Marketing Consultant
This role is focused solely on Customer Insights – Data (Dynamics 365 Marketing) within the Dynamics 365 CRM applications ecosystem. The primary objective is to integrate, model, and unify customer data from various sources (website, social networks, Microsoft applications F&O and CE), and make it usable for segmentation, personalization, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and configure Customer Insights – Data
• Integrate and unify data from multiple sources (Dataverse, Website, Social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), Microsoft applications F&O, external systems via API or Power Query).
• Create and manage unification rules, match/merge logic, and data enrichment.
• Design and implement segments, measures (Business measures and others), and KPIs.
• Enable and validate Real-time Customer Profiles and consent tracking if needed.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to align with customer expecations
Technical Requirements / Skills
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data.
• Experience with CI–Data and CI–Journeys integrations
• Proficiency with Power Platform (especially Power Query) for data ingestion and transformation.
• Experience configuring segments, measures, and customer profiles.
• Understanding of data modeling, customer journey mapping (data perspective), and analytics.
• Ability to work with JSON, REST APIs, and custom connectors if needed.
• Exposure to B2B and B2C customer data modeling.
• Fluent in English
