Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor HR processes and prepare regular reports (HR and Recruitment metrics).
• Own employee lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, probation tracking, adaptation, 1:1s, assessment.
• Shape and scale corporate culture, engagement, and internal communications.

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and structured HR Manager who can take ownership of recruitment, support managers and employees, and help improve HR processes in a remote international team.

• Office administration: organizing the smooth operation of the office, coordinating administrative processes, maintaining documentation, purchasing office supplies, and ensuring comfortable working conditions for the team.

– навички проведення інтерв'ю та оцінки компетентностей;
– досвід роботи з HR-аналітикою: опитування, eNPS, компетентнісні моделі;
– вміння організовувати навчальні заходи та програми розвитку;
– розвинені комунікативні навички та здатність підтримувати довірливі відносини з командами та безпосередньо керівниками.

Буде плюсом:
– досвід роботи в продуктових або технологічних компаніях;
– знання англійської мови на рівні Intermediate або вище;
– сертифікації у сфері HR або коучингу (CIPD, ICF тощо).
