We’re looking for a Fullstack Ninja to join our team and work on meaningful projects that make a real difference. You’ll be contributing to Veteranam Info (https://veteranam.info) – a Ukrainian community-focused product launched 1 year ago – as well as supporting ongoing external client projects.

This role combines mobile (Flutter), web (Next.js), and automation (n8n). It’s an opportunity to level up your portfolio while being mentored in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
 

🔑 Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on Upwork (10–20 interactions/week).
• Assist existing customers with bug fixes (web + mobile).
• Support and maintain Veteranam Info and related mobile/web apps.
• Build and maintain Next.js features for company projects.
• Support and optimize n8n workflows (automation & integrations).
• Reply to occasional custom inquiries via email.
• Attend daily Scrum standups and collaborate with the team.
• Work flexibly while staying accountable and delivery-focused.
   

🎯 Qualifications & Requirements

• Flutter & Dart experience (at least one production or personal project).
• Next.js / React knowledge (frontend experience required).

- Experience with different kinds of Linux/BSD/Windows systems. Installation, update, administration. Virtualization.

- Experience with networking. Routers, switches, wireless, VPN.

- Administer of Redmine, Jenkins, Confluence, Mysql, Corporate Mail, etc.

- Work with servers/computers/laptops.

- Support and maintain the company infrastructure and users.

- Suggest and implement updates for existing IT infrastructure.

Required skills and on-hand experience:

- bash or python scripting.

- compose sql queries.

- different backup/restore technics.

- problem solving.

- svn/git.

- dns, dhcр, web-servers, firewalls.

Optional skills: Cloud Solutions, Monitoring, Programming.
