Inbound & Outbound Focus
— Work with both inbound and outbound sales channels (LinkedIn);
— Monitor and promptly respond to inbound inquiries, ensuring no opportunity is missed;
— Qualify incoming leads using predefined criteria (BANT) to assess fit and prioritize effectively;
— Conduct initial discovery calls/email conversations to understand client needs and determine potential value;
— Schedule and coordinate demo calls with clients to advance the sales process;
— Accurately maintain and regularly update lead information in the CRM system;
— Collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored proposals, estimates, or solutions as needed;
— Consistently follow up with leads to guide them through the sales funnel and maintain timely, relevant communication;

— Work closely with the lead generation team to plan effective outbound sales campaigns via LinkedIn and email.

Requirements:

- Уou are a confident Middle/Senior UA in the in-app direction.
- Understanding of the principles of purchasing in different networks (Mintegral, AppLovin, Unity, IronSource, BigoAds, Liftoff, Moloco, Appnext, and others) and the ability to adapt strategies to each source and audience.
- Skills in working with: AppMetrica, Adjust, Appsflyer 
- Experience scaling purchasing in different sources from scratch. 
- Experience working with different monetization models (advertising/hybrid/subscription) — understanding of how they work and ability to develop a development plan. 
- Practical experience working with/launching non-trivial traffic sources will be a plus: in-app affiliate programs, DSP, offerwall platforms (TapJoy, Adjoe, MiAds, Kwai, etc.). Skills in testing, evaluating, and scaling such channels.
- Openness to constructive feedback, respect for established processes, adherence to deadlines and transparency in reporting, willingness to work in sync with the team.

Responsibilities:

- Development of in-app direction and expansion of source pools
- Search, launch, and scaling of non-trivial traffic channels
- Analysis of current sources, testing of new ones, and evaluation of their effectiveness
- Preparing reports on plans and results
- Formulating and testing hypotheses for purchasing new sources, studying advertising platform algorithms, searching for growth points.
- Interacting with analysts and creative teams
- Managing a team of traffic managers: setting tasks, monitoring campaign launches
