What We're Looking For

Role Overview: You will take ownership of the search infrastructure for Ask Seeking Alpha — a financial intelligence platform powered by LLMs. Your main goal is to ensure our AI agents can find the exact financial data they need (articles, transcripts, news) in milliseconds. You will work on the Retrieval layer of our RAG architecture, combining traditional text search with modern vector search techniques.

Tech Stack: Elasticsearch (v8+), Python (FastAPI, Asyncio), OpenAI Embeddings, LangChain, LangSmith.

The Senior Search Engineer will be engaged with the company as a contractor (Private Entrepreneur).

What You'll Do

• Search Engine Development: Design and implement Hybrid Search strategies. You will figure out how to best combine "keyword matching" (finding specific tickers like 'AAPL') with "semantic search" (finding concepts like 'revenue growth').
• Relevance Tuning: You are responsible for the quality of search results. You will build systems to measure and improve how well the search engine answers user queries (using tools like LangSmith).
• Vector Search & RAG: Manage the integration of OpenAI embeddings into Elasticsearch. You will solve challenges related to indexing long documents (e.g., earnings transcripts) so the AI retrieves only the most relevant parts.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize Elasticsearch queries and index settings to ensure low latency, even for complex queries with many filters.
• Python Backend: Develop and maintain the Python services that build queries and process results. We use FastAPI and Asyncio heavily.

Requirements

• Elasticsearch Expert: 5+ years of experience working with Search Engines in production. You understand how indices, analyzers, and mappings work "under the hood."
• Search Theory: You understand the difference between Lexical Search (keywords) and Vector Search (meaning), and know when to use which.
• Python Proficiency: Strong experience with Python 3.10+. You are comfortable writing asynchronous code (async/await) and building APIs.
• Data Engineering: Experience designing data schemas for search (how to structure JSON documents for efficient retrieval).

Nice to Have

• Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Familiarity with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks.
• Experience with Evaluation tools (like LangSmith) to test search quality automatically.
• Background in Finance (understanding tickers, earnings calls, etc.).

We are looking for a Head of Partner Network to build and lead the affiliate direction across several iGaming brands.

This role comes with full ownership of the function: from defining the partner network model and commercial strategy to building the team, processes, and partner base. You will be responsible for traffic growth, partner performance, P&L, and the overall efficiency of the channel.

A major part of the role will be developing a strong network of webmasters and affiliate partners, creating competitive commercial conditions, and deciding how traffic should be distributed and scaled across different brands and markets.

What Will You Do:

• Build the Partner Network from scratch: define its structure, positioning, commercial model, processes, and 12-month development roadmap.
• Develop and grow a strong base of webmasters and affiliate partners, including direct acquisition, negotiations, retention, and partner development.
• Own partner commercial terms and incentive models, continuously improving deals based on traffic quality and profitability.
• Plan and manage traffic volumes across the group's brands and markets, identifying where and how traffic can be scaled.
• Own the financial performance of the direction, including budgets, margins, forecasts, KPIs, and P&L.
• Set up clear onboarding, tracking, quality control, payouts, and anti-fraud processes.
• Build and manage the Partner Network team, including Affiliate Managers, Business Development, and support functions.
• Create reporting and performance standards that give clear visibility into partner, GEO, brand, and channel profitability.

What We are Looking For:

• Experience working with significant marketing budgets and high traffic volumes; experience scaling to 10K+ FTDs is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of different acquisition channels, including Affiliates, Paid Social, Google, SEO/ASO, and Influencers.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience structuring and optimizing partner deals.
• Comfortable working with BI/reporting tools, forecasting, media planning, and performance analysis.
• Good understanding of unit economics, funnels, CJM, and traffic monetization.
• Fluent in Ukrainian\Russian, B2+ English

In short:
We're an AI product studio with $2.25M raised and a portfolio of 4 products, looking for an operational marketer who can turn reach into paying customers in the US market.

We have a content farm running 500 accounts, a UGC network, 13 people in marketing, and $50K/month in paid acquisition budget from day one. What we're missing is someone who can turn all of this into a working revenue machine.

If you've run paid traffic for real money in iGaming, crypto, or mobile subscriptions, and you know your CAC without hesitation — read on.

About the company
An AI product studio. We build our own products and take them to market ourselves.

• Stage: post-seed, $2.25M raised
• Portfolio: 4 products spanning AI/fintech (crypto investing agent — our main bet), martech/AI SaaS, and other consumer apps
• Monetization: B2C subscription at $59/month plus contract revenue
• Market: US and Western Europe

• Distribution: content farm of 500 accounts, UGC network, paid channels

What you get

Full revenue mandate. All products, all channels, including sales. You decide what to scale, what to shut down, who to hire, and who to let go within marketing.

Ready-made assets, not a blank slate:

• Content farm of 500 accounts (operating cost ~$14,500/month) — generates reach, but the link to paying customers hasn't been measured
• UGC network with a Telegram bot and CRM — 46% utilization, unit economics need fixing
• Team of 13 people across three units (Content Engine, Marketing & Sales, UGC Network)
• Paid acquisition budget of $50K/month from day one, expanding to $150K once LTV/CAC ≥ 3 — no approvals needed

No restrictions on methods. Multi-accounting, arbitrage, affiliates, aggressive funnels — all fair game if it brings paying customers and doesn't create legal risk.

Uncapped revenue share: 6% of recurring revenue from the customer base you bring in (8% at LTV/CAC ≥ 4). No ceiling. At $250K MRR, your variable comp is $20K/month on top of base.

Equity option: 1–2% in the holding company (across the whole product portfolio, not a single project).

Career path: CMO → CRO within 12–18 months. The role is designed as a track toward running the studio's entire revenue engine.

What's expected of you

First 90 days (by December 31, 2026)

• Build end-to-end analytics: click → signup → trial → payment, across all products. Currently none exists.
• Launch a paid channel and hit a repeatable CAC below the $138 ceiling within 3 weeks, at ≥100 paying customers/month
• Calculate the real CPA of the content farm and decide: scale it or shut it down
• Make personnel decisions on all 13 team members. We don't expect you to keep the current team as-is.

By month 6 (by March 31, 2027)

• $60K MRR minimum, $100K MRR target
• LTV/CAC ≥ 3 across the portfolio
• ≥40% of paying customers from owned channels (not paid ads)

• At least 2 channels scaled

Compensation
Base: $7,000 → $8,500 (after 90 days) → $10,000 (at $150K studio MRR)

Variable: 6% of recurring revenue from clients you acquire, paid monthly for as long as they pay. 8% at LTV/CAC ≥ 4. Contract deals: 3%. No cap.

Must-have

• 6+ years in performance/growth marketing, 3+ years managing a team
• Background in iGaming, crypto, Web3, or mobile subscriptions — expensive-traffic environments
• Subscription-model fluency: cohorts, trial-to-paid, payback — not just CPC
• Experience acquiring paying customers in the US/Western Europe, English-language creative
• Managed a budget of ≥$50K/month
• 0→1 experience with channel-level numbers to show for it
• Hands-on experience with multi-accounting, affiliates, or content farms
• You build your own cohorts and read the funnel yourself
• English C1+

Nice to have

• Experience at a venture builder or multi-product studio
• Personal network in the creator economy / affiliate market
• Experience launching a crypto or fintech product at retail scale
• AI tools in daily workflow

Not a fit if:

• You only have brand experience, no acquisition numbers to show
• Agency-only background, no P&L ownership
• You need existing processes in place to get started
• You're not comfortable with outcome-tied compensation

Hiring process
Numbers-based screening (20 min) → Interview with CEO (60 min) → Take-home assignment (5 days) → Panel defense with CEO+CCO+CTO (90 min) → Offer

About Osavul

Osavul is a product company building an AI-driven intelligence platform that helps governments, international organisations, enterprises and NGOs detect and counter hybrid threats. We're a fast-growing team on a mission that matters.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join our engineering team and help develop the AI capabilities behind our intelligence products, with a particular focus on NLP, information extraction, and knowledge graphs.

Our platform processes large volumes of data from multiple sources, including text, social media, imagery, and geospatial data. One of our key challenges is identifying entities and relationships across these sources and connecting relevant information so analysts can understand how actors, events and narratives relate across sources, locations, and time.

In this role, you'll work with traditional ML/NLP approaches and modern language models, contribute to the development of our knowledge graph architecture, and integrate models into production data pipelines. You'll be involved in technical decisions, from selecting and evaluating models to getting them into production.

We're looking for someone with a solid ML background who is equally comfortable writing production code. This is a hands-on engineering position focused on building and maintaining production systems, not a research role.

What matters most: production ML/NLP experience, hands-on information extraction, and experience designing and building knowledge graphs.

Requirements

Engineering Skills

• Strong Python skills and proven experience developing and maintaining AI/ML services in production.
• Experience with FastAPI, Docker, and asynchronous programming.
• Good understanding of databases, including PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and vector databases.

About Our Client

Our client builds and operates GPU cloud infrastructure at the scale modern AI demands. They run dense accelerated-compute clusters on bare metal and Kubernetes, stitched together with high-performance Ethernet and InfiniBand fabrics, and deliver them to customers as reliable, secure, high-throughput platforms. They are building Cloud v2, their next-generation, clean-slate, Kubernetes-native GPU cloud, and scaling it across new data center sites. The infrastructure team sits at the center of that effort, building the systems that turn racks of hardware into a product customers depend on.

The role

We are hiring a Senior Observability Engineer to build the observability layer for Cloud v2. This role exists to close the single most damaging gap in our client’s current product: today their observability is reactive, so customers are their failure detector. Some of their worst incidents went undetected internally because they occurred below the layer they instrument (a corrupted forwarding entry, a flapping firewall sync process), and the customer reported the outage before their dashboards did. Cloud v2 is architected from day one against the industry’s Gold-tier bar for neocloud platforms (SemiAnalysis ClusterMAX), and proactive detection, where they see problems before the customer does, is the trust gap they are building this platform to fix.

You own the metrics, logs, alerting, dashboards, and detection stack that make that true. That means operator-facing observability that catches failures first and drives automated remediation, and tenant-facing observability that gives customers the usage, health, and status visibility a hyperscaler-grade cloud implies. This is the observability workstream the platform validates earliest, because detection is where the current product loses trust, and it maps directly to the ClusterMAX Monitoring and Reliability criteria.

This is a build-focused, hands-on senior IC role. You will spend your time engineering the telemetry pipelines, detection logic, dashboards, and alerting that turn raw signals from multi-vendor GPUs (AMD/NVIDIA), hosts, fabrics, and switches into problems we catch before customers feel them, and you will set the technical direction and standards for how we instrument the platform. You will partner closely with our client’s SRE, platform, network, and security engineers, who own the control-plane architecture, the fabric, and day-to-day operations; you own the observability that makes the whole platform legible and its failures visible.

What you’ll own

The OpenTelemetry foundation: own OpenTelemetry as the instrumentation standard the whole platform plugs into: the collector topology and pipelines, semantic conventions for metrics, logs, and traces, and consistent resource and tenant attribution across GPU, host, fabric, switch, and control-plane signals. Everything we instrument, internal and tenant-facing, lands on this common backbone so signals are portable, correlated, and not locked to any one backend.

Proactive detection: build the detection that fires before a customer reports, GPU failure-rate tracking, Xid detection, and the anomaly and threshold signals that feed the automated detect-drain-remediate loop, so mean time to detect stops being inverted and our client sees the problem first.

The metrics pipeline: own the metrics stack across GPU, CPU, network planes, thermal, and power (Prometheus and OpenTelemetry-based), including the DCGM profiling-metric suite (DCGM_FI_PROF_* for SM activity and tensor TFLOPs, plus PCIe AER, ECC, power and thermal, and NVLink and fabric throughput), with custom exporters and OpenTelemetry receivers where DCGM falls short.

Instrumenting below the layer we watch today: push instrumentation down into the sub-layers where our most damaging silent failures live (forwarding state, firewall and HA sync, fabric health), so the failure classes that used to reach us through the customer surface on our own dashboards instead.

Host and switch debug data: build reliable extraction of host and switch debug and telemetry data so responders have the signal they need without hand-collecting it during an incident.

Operator and tenant dashboards and alerting: build the operator dashboards and low-noise, actionable alerting the on-call team runs on, and a tenant-facing status page so customers are not our failure detector.

Tenant-scoped observability: deliver per-tenant usage and utilization visibility and per-tenant access to logs and metrics, cleanly isolated from internal ops telemetry, on a multi-tenant model where no tenant can see another’s data.

Proactive customer notifications: build automated, proactive maintenance and change notifications to affected tenants, replacing today’s manual and ad hoc comms.

Reliability and SLO instrumentation: build the telemetry behind the 99.9%+ node SLA measurement, the passive and active health-check battery, and MTTA and MTTR tracking, so reliability is measured, not asserted, and so the health automation has trustworthy signal to act on.

AI-leveraged observability: push our observability toward an AI-augmented model, agentic triage, anomaly detection, alert-noise reduction, and MCP-driven access to our operational telemetry, so a small team catches more, faster, than headcount alone would allow.

Technical direction and standards: set the instrumentation patterns, metric and label conventions, alerting standards, and SLO practice the rest of the platform adopts, and raise the bar through design review and mentorship.

What we’re looking for

Required

8+ years building production observability or monitoring systems at scale, ideally for cloud, hosting, or high-performance compute environments, with real platform-build experience (not solely operating dashboards someone else built).

Deep expertise with Prometheus and the metrics ecosystem: PromQL, exporters, recording and alerting rules, Alertmanager, and Grafana, used to build durable, reusable observability rather than one-off dashboards.

Hands-on experience designing and running OpenTelemetry as a foundational instrumentation layer: the Collector, receivers and exporters, semantic conventions, and vendor-neutral pipelines that multiple backends and teams plug into.

Experience running time-series at scale, including long-term and high-cardinality storage (Thanos, Mimir, Cortex, or VictoriaMetrics), and a real understanding of cardinality, retention, and query-performance tradeoffs.

A track record of building alerting that is actionable and low-noise, and of practicing SLO and error-budget-based reliability rather than alert on everything.

Strong programming skills in a real language (Python, Go, or similar) used to build maintainable exporters, collectors, and observability tooling, not just glue scripts.

Strong Linux systems fundamentals: you can reason about the OS, networking, storage, and the boot and provisioning path, and instrument at that level, not just at the application surface.

A track record of owning significant observability systems end to end and setting technical direction that other engineers adopt: defining standards and influencing architecture across a team.

A demonstrated bias toward building things right the first time: reproducible, code-defined observability and sound instrumentation design over short-term shortcuts.

Strong written communication: you document designs and decisions clearly, and you raise the team’s bar through design review and mentorship.

Strongly preferred

Multi-vendor GPU/HPC observability: DCGM & dcgm-exporter (NVIDIA) and RDC & AMD Device Metrics Exporter (AMD/ROCm); NVML and AMD SMI; Xid vs. amdgpu/RAS error reporting; DCGM_FI_PROF_* and ROCProfiler profiling metrics; GPU node health checks (DCGM diagnostics, AGFHC, ROCm Validation Suite).

Experience building multi-tenant, tenant-facing observability with per-tenant metric and log isolation.

Checkmk (our client runs parent and child sites today), and experience migrating or bridging a Checkmk estate into a modern metrics stack.

Network and fabric observability: switch telemetry, streaming telemetry (gNMI) and SNMP, BGP and fabric health, and RoCE Ethernet or InfiniBand/UFM fabric monitoring.

Log and trace pipelines and distributed tracing: Loki, Elastic, or Vector, and instrumenting traces across a distributed control plane.

Kubernetes observability: kube-state-metrics, cAdvisor, and GPU Operator metrics, in a multi-cluster environment.

Status-page and incident tooling, MTTA and MTTR instrumentation, and integration with an incident-response and paging workflow.

Building observability within a SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA compliance posture, including audit-log export.

How we work

Small, senior, high-trust teams. We hire people who can own and solve problems end to end and we give them the room to do it.

Code over clicks. The platform is defined, reviewed, and versioned. Manual changes are the exception and they get automated away.

Build it right. We invest in sound architecture and durable design so the platform scales cleanly instead of accumulating debt.

Customers are real. The platform exists to serve customer workloads, and we build to the reliability and self-service standard a hyperscaler-grade cloud implies.

We document. Designs, decisions, and architecture are written down so the team compounds knowledge instead of re-learning it.

AI as a force multiplier

We expect our engineers to use AI to move faster and operate at higher leverage, and we build our environment to make that the default rather than an afterthought. We maintain CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md context files across our repositories, run MCP servers against our operational systems (Jira, NetBox, Checkmk), and use agentic coding tools such as Claude Code directly in our infrastructure and platform workflows.

For this role in particular, observability is one of the highest-leverage places to apply AI: anomaly detection, automated incident triage, alert-noise reduction, and AI-assisted root-cause analysis over the telemetry you build. You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you should be eager to fold these tools into how you design and operate observability, and to help us define what an AI-leveraged infrastructure team can do.

What success looks like

First 30 days

Ramped on the Cloud v2 architecture, the current observability stack (Prometheus, Checkmk parent and child sites, and the GPU and fabric telemetry), and the lab, and able to navigate the repos and design docs independently.

Shipped your first meaningful contribution to the metrics, alerting, or detection stack with the team’s review.

Aligned with SRE, platform, network, and security on where your work meets theirs and on the highest-value detection gaps to close first.

First 90 days

Owning a defined area of the v2 observability layer end to end, from design through delivery (for example the OpenTelemetry instrumentation foundation, the GPU and DCGM metrics pipeline, the alerting and SLO framework, or the tenant-facing dashboards and status page).

Delivered proactive detection for at least one failure class that the platform previously learned about from customers, so our client now detects it first.

Measurably reduced alert noise or improved mean time to detect for a meaningful part of the fleet.

First 12 months

The go-to engineer for the hardest observability and detection problems in Cloud v2, trusted across SRE, platform, network, and security, and setting the standards the team instruments by.

Designed and delivered a significant piece of the platform’s observability (proactive detection, tenant-facing observability, or reliability and SLO instrumentation) that raised the whole team’s leverage and moved the platform toward its Gold-grade Monitoring and Reliability bar.

We are looking for a Head of Payments & Identity to build and lead an engineering domain responsible for the complete user and money lifecycle: from customer identification and fraud prevention to deposits, withdrawals and accurate financial accounting in the Core Ledger.

You will transform the current payment capability into a structured organisation across Payments, KYC/Identity, Anti-Fraud and Core Ledger, leading approximately 30 engineers and engineering leaders.

This role requires a strong engineering leader who can build teams and engineering culture, shape architecture and delivery, and balance customer conversion with security, regulatory compliance and financial integrity.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the engineering domain across Payments, KYC/Identity, Anti-Fraud and Core Ledger
• Lead approximately 30 engineers and engineering leaders, defining the organisational structure, team boundaries, leadership model and areas of ownership
• Define the domain strategy, target architecture and execution roadmap in partnership with Product, Finance, Compliance, Risk and Operations
• Ensure seamless and reliable interaction across the user and money lifecycle: KYC data supports fraud decisions, fraud controls protect payment flows, and payment events create accurate and idempotent records in the Core Ledger
• Improve the speed, quality and predictability of integrations with payment providers, KYC/AML vendors and other external partners, particularly across regions with inconsistent APIs and complex operational requirements
• Ensure the resilience, observability and security of external integrations, including fallback scenarios, incident response and integration quality standards
• Balance onboarding and payment conversion with Anti-Fraud, AML, data protection and transaction traceability requirements
• Provide Finance, Compliance, Risk and Operations with reliable data and tools for reconciliation, investigations, exception handling and reporting
• Establish domain-wide engineering standards covering architecture, quality, secure development, observability and continuous improvement
• Drive the modernisation of business-critical systems and the evolution toward a central and reliable Ledger architecture
• Define and track domain-level metrics covering conversion, reliability, processing speed, fraud losses, reconciliation accuracy, delivery performance and cost efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a sizeable engineering organisation or multiple cross-functional teams, ideally with approximately 30 or more people, including engineering managers, team leads or other senior technical leaders
• Track record of building or significantly scaling an engineering function, domain or complex platform rather than only maintaining an established structure
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to connect customer journeys, product flows, architecture, operational processes, risk controls and financial outcomes
• Experience leading complex integrations and business-critical systems where correctness, availability, security and auditability are essential
• Strong engineering and architectural foundation, with the ability to challenge technical decisions, guide technical leaders and identify systemic risks
• Experience improving delivery predictability, engineering quality and technical standards across multiple teams
• Ability to align Product, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Operations and external providers, resolving competing priorities at a senior leadership level
• Ukrainian native speaker
• Fluent English and strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Would be a plus

• Experience in payments, fintech, banking, brokerage, crypto, wallets, marketplaces or another high-volume transactional product
• Experience integrating multiple regional PSPs or financial providers, particularly in markets where integrations are less standardised than Stripe or PayPal
• Experience with KYC/identity, AML, transaction monitoring, payment Anti-Fraud, reconciliation or Ledger systems
• Experience migrating fragmented or legacy accounting components to a central Ledger or another financial source of truth
• Experience building internal tools and workflows for Finance, Compliance, Risk or operational back-office teams

We offer

• 20 paid vacation days per year
• 10 paid sick leave days per year
• Public holidays as per the company's approved Public holiday list
• Medical insurance
• Opportunity to work remotely
• Professional education budget
• Language learning budget
• Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)
