    As an  Talent Researcher, you will contribute to building a robust pipeline of potential instructors for our courses within the German market. You will conduct systematic LinkedIn research, following our well-established strategies and guidelines.


    This remote position is open to candidates anywhere in Ukraine.
     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Follow the developed sourcing strategies to identify potential instructors via LinkedIn and other sources.
    • Establish initial contact with potential instructors,
    • Collaborate with the pre-production team members to understand requirements and execute established sourcing strategies.
    • Keep a well-organized record of potential candidates and maintain regular communication.

    Requirements

    • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a tool for research and building talent pipelines.
    • Upper-Intermediate level proficiency in English (both spoken and written). Knowledge of German is a plus.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workable is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong self-management and initiative.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, perform well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
