Твої обов’язки:

Планування та виконання ручного тестування нового та існуючого функціоналу (Backend, API, інтеграції, Web), regression та smoke testing

Формування ризик-орієнтованого тестового покриття критичних платіжних сценаріїв

Аналіз бізнес-вимог та участь у review функціональних вимог ще до початку розробки

Тестування бізнес-процесів платіжної системи: проведення платежів, авторизація, підтвердження операцій, статуси транзакцій, rollback, retry, timeout, duplicate requests, idempotency

Написання тестової документації (test cases, checklists, test scenarios) в Allure TestOps

Розробка та розвиток стратегії автотестування (UI, API, інтеграційні та контрактні тести)

Підтримка або побудова масштабованого фреймворку автотестів через рефакторинг або з нуля (Senior)

Інтеграція тестів у CI/CD, налаштування паралельних запусків та управління тестовими даними

Аналіз логів (Graylog, Kibana) та робота зі сніферами трафіку (Charles, Fiddler, Proxyman)

Робота з фейлами автотестів, аналіз Allure-звітів та підтримка стабільності тестового середовища

Співпраця з Dev, BA та PO: оцінка задач, критерії релізної готовності, виявлення ризиків ще на етапі проєктування API та бізнес-логіки

Менторинг інженерів, code review та впровадження стандартів якості (для Senior)

Вимоги:

Досвід: 3+ роки (Middle) / 5+ років (Senior) у тестуванні; бажано — фінтех, банкінг або платіжні системи

Глибокі знання основ тестування, SDLC/STLC та технік тест-дизайну

Досвід тестування платіжних сценаріїв та розуміння специфіки платіжних операцій

Практичний досвід роботи з Backend/API тестуванням

Робота з SQL (PostgreSQL) та NoSQL (MongoDB)

REST API, HTTP, JSON, статус-коди, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI

Розуміння авторизації, JWT, OAuth буде перевагою

Досвід інтеграційного тестування, роботи з асинхронними сервісами та чергами повідомлень

Аналіз логів та технічна діагностика помилок через Graylog або Elasticsearch

CI/CD (GitLab CI/Jenkins), збірки Maven або Gradle

Automation QA на Java: Web UI (Playwright/Selenium/Selenide) API (REST Assured) TestNG/JUnit5

У фокусі роботи:
- розробка, підтримка та розвиток UI, API, E2E, Integration, Regression та Smoke автоматизованих тестів;
- робота з існуючою базою автотестів: їх підтримка, актуалізація та створення нових;
- розробка UI Automation на Playwright (або Selenium) із використанням Page Object Model (POM);
- розробка та підтримка Load Tests (Locust) для перевірки продуктивності, стабільності та готовності системи до пікових навантажень;
- перевірка бізнес-логіки, інтеграцій та даних у PostgreSQL;
- розвиток тестового фреймворку, допоміжних бібліотек та утиліт автоматизації на Python (Pytest, httpx);
- аналіз результатів тестування, журналів подій (Logs), причин виникнення дефектів та перевірка їх усунення;
- взаємодія з Manual QA, Business Analyst, DevOps та розробниками для підвищення якості програмного забезпечення.

Від вас очікуємо:
- вища освіта;
- готовність працювати в офісі, в Києві;
- досвід роботи QA Automation Engineer від 2 років (із фокусом на написання автотестів на Python протягом останніх років);
- практичний досвід автоматизації тестування на Python (упевнене володіння OOP та Page Object Model);
- досвід роботи з Playwright (основний) або Selenium;
- практичний досвід побудови E2E, UI та API тестів;
- знання Pytest, httpx, Locust;
- знання SQL, досвід роботи з PostgreSQL та psycopg2;
- досвід роботи з Git та Docker;
- базові знання OpenShift та Kubernetes;
- досвід роботи з Jira / Xray / Confluence;
- вміння писати чистий, підтримуваний та ефективний код;
- рівень англійської мови, достатній для читання технічної документації.

Буде плюсом:
- досвід роботи з OpenSearch (Elasticsearch) та аналізом журналів подій (Logs);
- досвід роботи зі сховищами S3 Buckets та Secret Manager в OpenShift;
- участь у Disaster Recovery Testing та Shift-Left Testing процесах.
