QA Engineer

About the Role We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our Production team. You will own quality assurance across active projects — from sprint kickoff through release sign-off.

What you will do

• Write and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites for web and mobile applications
• Test REST API integrations with third-party services (payment providers, CRM/ERP systems, and more — this is a big part of what we build)
• Perform cross-browser, cross-device, and mobile testing
• Write precise, reproducible bug reports and manage the full defect lifecycle
• Validate UI against Figma designs and agreed acceptance criteria
• Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming as the quality voice
• Produce release readiness summaries and QA documentation

What we expect

• 3+ years of manual QA experience in web or mobile product environments
• Confident with API testing tools (Postman or similar)
• Experience writing structured test documentation (test plans, test cases, bug reports)
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS — enough to debug frontend issues clearly
• Agile/Scrum experience
• English — ntermediate or higher (our clients and documentation are in English)

Nice to have

• Experience with automated testing (Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium)
• Familiarity with Laravel/PHP or Vue.js at a reading level
• Experience with performance or accessibility testing
