    We are looking for a Product Data Analyst with a blend of technical skills and business vision to support the analysis and optimization of IL MAKIAGE’s marketing spend, across multiple traffic sources, and customer acquisition funnels. The responsibilities of this role will evolve and grow over time.

     

    KEY FOCUS AREAS

    • Monitor Product Performance: Track and analyze the performance of key product features and A/B test results to ensure our offerings meet user expectations.
    • Deep Dive Analysis: Evaluate trends across various product segments and user journeys, examining data at granular levels to unearth insights.
    • Real-Time Issue Identification: Proactively detect anomalies and issues in product data as they arise, and support troubleshooting efforts for quick resolution.
    • Insightful Reporting: Create detailed reports and dynamic dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for the product team.
    • Strategic Project Execution: Lead targeted projects designed to improve product performance and optimize user engagement.
    • Optimization Opportunities: Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance key performance indicators, driving overall product value.

    • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with teams across product, technology, retention, and marketing to drive data-informed initiatives and support overall business growth.

     

    TOOLS

    Your day-to-day toolbox will include some of the below platforms/capabilities: 

    • SQL (PostgreSQL / Redshift, including DDL and DML), 
    • Looker (LookML, dashboards creation), 
    • Python (working with datasets, automation), 
    • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
    • Excel

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • MUST: B2+ level of English proficiency (main communication language in the company)
    • Experience querying data warehouses (SQL), analyzing data, and arriving at insights using qualitative techniques
    • Proven experience working with top-level management and the ability to explain complex analysis in simple words and insights
    • Ability to execute cross-department projects, with a solid understanding of how things get done
    • Bachelors / Masters degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.)
    • 2+ years experience as a Data or Business Analyst (preferably at an e-commerce brand with a high volume of complex data)
    • Experience with at least one of the visualization tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) - links to the portfolio are welcome
    • Optional - Experience in working with product managers/product marketing manager

    ICONIC21 is looking for an analyst to extend our Risk and Fraud team. Our company is developing innovative software for Live Casinos. As a part of our Risk and Fraud team, you will perform and develop solutions for user behavior analysis, risk and fraud detection, and prevention. You will work closely with product and development teams to improve our existing solutions and develop new ones.

    Requirements:

    • Higher education in statistics, math, computer science, or other related technical field.
    • Experience in data analysis and fraud detection.
    • Experience working with Microsoft Excel and similar tools.
    • Strong SQL skills. Experience with OLAP databases would be a benefit.
    • Good programming skills. Python and R would be a benefit.
    • Intermediate+ English level.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaboration with Compliance (Work closely with product, compliance, and development teams to manage regulatory and financial risks);
    • Tool & System Use (Use fraud detection platforms, internal dashboards, and third-party tools to identify anomalies);
    • Game Integrity Analysis (Review game logs and player history to ensure fairness and integrity of live casino operations. Monitor production equipment performance and apply statistical analysis to identify deviations from expected behavior);
    • Audit Preparation (Provide support and data for internal and external audits related to fraud prevention efforts);
    • Reporting & Documentation (Prepare clear documentation and reports for detected fraud cases, investigations, and outcomes);
    • Player Behavior Monitoring (Monitor player activity and game patterns for signs of suspicious behavior, collusion, or abuse. Assist with the development of player behavior monitoring tools);
    • Test Account Analysis (Monitor internal and test accounts to prevent exploitation or misuse);
    • Trend Analysis (Identify emerging fraud trends and suggest preventative strategies or rule adjustments);
    • Policy Enforcement (Ensure adherence to internal fraud prevention policies and help update them based on new threats)
    • Fraud Detection (Detect and investigate fraudulent activities, including bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and bot usage. Assist with the development of fraud detection tools);
    • Real-Time Alerts (Act on real-time fraud alerts generated by risk systems and escalate as necessary. Assist with the development of new fraud alerts).
