Position Overview
We are seeking a strong Project Manager with a deep background in Business Analysis to manage small-to-mid size projects, coordinate development teams, and ensure that client requirements are fully understood, documented, and implemented. Key Responsibilities
Project Management

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective allocation of resources and timely task execution.
• Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, driving resolution strategies and mitigation plans.
• Deliver clear, actionable, and timely status updates and insights to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Champion the adoption of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Business Analysis

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

• Support backlog grooming and user story preparation.
• Participate in solution design discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead strategic workshops, client meetings, and executive presentations to gather input, communicate progress, and validate deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong, trust-based relationships.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and communicate change requests in collaboration with business and technical teams.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in an outsourcing or consulting environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis for IT/software development projects.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, with practical experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills: user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, process mapping, use cases, and wireframes.
• Proficient in project and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace / MS Office, Lucidchart, Miro (or equivalents).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to tailor messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing small projects or workstreams.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of QA processes and UI/UX collaboration.
