• Build and manage a partner pipeline: track relationships, follow up, keep the referral channel active (not a one-time handshake)
• Qualify inbound leads from the website and content when they come in
• Keep CRM data clean and up to date (we run on ClickUp/Apollo-style tooling) — no lead falls through the cracks
• Work closely with founders/closers to hand off qualified opportunities with proper context

• Test and iterate on messaging, sequences, and targeting — report back on what's converting and what isn't

  What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B, ideally selling services (agency, consulting, SaaS) rather than pure transactional products
• Proven track record of booking meetings through outbound (not just working inbound leads)
• Experience building or working a partner/referral channel is a strong plus — if you've done it before, say so explicitly in your application
• Comfortable with cold outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)
• Strong written communication — your cold emails need to not read like cold emails
• Self-directed: this is a remote role, we need someone who manages their own pipeline without hand-holding
• Bonus: familiarity with automation/no-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier) or an interest in how AI/automation is changing sales
