Responsibilities:   

• Maintaining networks and servers’ equipment, including OS, hardware.  
• Configuring network equipment, including routers, switches, load balancers, VPN, LAN, WAN, etc.;  
• Configuring servers, including BIOS, RAID, network and OS.

Requirements:   

• Have 3+ years of servers and network experience, working with major firewall platforms (Fortinet, PaloAlto, Juniper, Cisco, etc.). Certificate for any of the platforms is a plus.  
• Have a deep knowledge of networking – switching, dynamic routing protocols, static and rule-based routing, remote access VPN, etc. Certificate in any networking area is a plus.  
• Have experience in Linux administration.  
• Understand application protocols in the context of OSI network layers and content inspection.   
• Understand cloud technologies and infrastructure virtualization (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, NFV, SDN)

Responsibilities

1st and 2nd line support: handling tickets, resolving 70–80% of incidents without escalation, interacting with on-site users.

Обов'язки:

• Підтримка серверної інфраструктури та систем збереження даних Банку;

Вашими задачами буде:

• адміністрування прикладних банківських систем АБС Б2, B2NG; 
• розвиток та супровід системи АБС Б2; 
• налаштування підсистем АБС Б2 та адміністрування користувачів; 
• своєчасне відстеження змін згідно з постановами НБУ; 
• налаштування АБС Б2 та контроль даних для автоматичного формування статистичної звітності; 
• консультації користувачів за системою АБС Б2; 
• взаємодія з вендором АБС щодо вирішення помилок та завдань на розвиток функціональності; 
• взаємодія з внутрішніми структурними підрозділами банку з питань інтеграції банківських систем; 
• фіксування, аналіз та усунення помилок, що виникають;
• розробка та підтримка звітів; 
• дослідження методів оптимізації продуктивності, автоматизації ручних операцій;
• контроль за коректністю роботи автоматичних завдань;
• контроль за коректністю роботи процедур інтеграції АБС Б2 фронт систем та внутрішніх інформаційних систем банку; 
• виконання операційної та регламентної роботи: налаштування системи, аналіз запитів користувачів щодо питань, помилок,  проблем, інцидентів, пошук першопричини (root cause analysis) та забезпечення їх вирішення самостійно або здійснення комунікацій з іншими спеціалістами та постачальниками, виявлення помилок; 
• участь у функціональному тестуванні доопрацювань та виправлень;
• розробка коротких інструкцій користувачам по тимчасовим/точковим.

Що нам важливо у вашому досвіді:

• досвід адміністрування прикладних систем;     
• розуміння принципів інтеграції прикладних систем (бажано досвід роботи в банківській системі);
• бажаний досвід адміністрування АБС Б2, налаштування підсистем АБС Б2 та адміністрування користувачів;
• практичні навички роботи з SQL, swagger, SoapUI, postman або аналогів;
• бажані навички роботи з інструментами: JIRA, confluence, Service Desk;
• розуміння систем логування і трасування ELK Stack: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana або аналогів. Запити в Postman (аналіз/пошук помилок, базова діагностика).

• бажано MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, PLSQL.
