Job Summary

Від вас очікуємо: 
– вища освіта (бакалаврський або магістерський рівень); 
– 2+ роки комерційного досвіду в тестуванні, з них 1+ рік у тестуванні мобільних застосунків; 
– готовність працювати в офісі; 
– глибоке розуміння теорії тестування та методологій Agile/Scrum і життєвого циклу дефекту; 
– досвід створення тестової документації та роботи з баг-трекінговими системами; 
– впевнений досвід API-тестування (Postman, Swagger або аналоги); 
– розуміння клієнт-серверної архітектури та основ роботи з базами даних; 
– аналітичне мислення та висока увага до деталей; 
– досвід автоматизації тестування мобільних застосунків (Appium або аналоги).

Буде плюсом: 
– знання нефункціонального тестування (навантажувальне, безпека); 
– досвід роботи з інструментами моніторингу логів (Kibana, Grafana) та розуміння CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Шукаємо Lead QA, який очолить команду тестувальників, налагодить процеси та допоможе будувати надійні продукти.
 

Очікування

• Досвід роботи від 5 років, з яких мінімум 2 роки на позиції ліда;
• Готовність до відряджень по Україні;
• Досвід керування командою та управління ризиками;
• Досвід тестування баз даних, впевнене володіння інструментами для роботи з реляційними базами даних SQL;
• Досвід роботи з REST API та Postman;
• Досвід написання тестової документації;
• Досвід тестування високонавантажених, масштабованих систем;
• Вища освіта (технічна буде перевагою).

Обов'язки

• Організація та координація роботи команди тестувальників (4 Мanual QA);
• Забезпечення відповідності процесів тестування стандартам компанії, постійне вдосконалення підходів до QA;
• Розподіл задач між членами команди, пріоритизація та контроль виконання;
• Участь у рекрутменті та онбордингу нових членів QA команди;
• Взаємодія з командою розробки, бізнес-аналізу та дизайну для вирішення робочих питань;
• Створення та регулярне оновлення тестової документації: тест-кейсів, чеклістів, баг-репортів;
• Аналіз технічних вимог проєкту та забезпечення їх відповідності тестовій документації;
• Мануальне тестування програмного забезпечення;
• Проведення демонстрацій замовнику.
