About the role:

The Customer Support Specialist plays a central role in ensuring operational excellence in Sales, and delivering a high-quality client experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle communications across email, SMS, web-push, and in-app channels.

• Create, set up, and launch CRM campaigns and automated flows.
• Develop content and promo strategies for different user segments.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of iGaming and the online casino player lifecycle.
• Experience managing email, SMS, web-push campaigns and automated flows.
