Чим належить займатися:

• Управління повністю віддаленою командою з 21 спеціаліста (основний юніт - Бангладеш): постановка задач, контроль графіків та дисципліни
• Контроль працездатності всіх каналів зв'язку (дзвінки, чати), актуальності промокодів та коректності комунікацій у режимі 24/7
• Моніторинг якості відповідей, швидкості реакції та глибини опрацювання запитів VIP-клієнтів
• Генерація та запуск ексклюзивних промоакцій і персональних механік утримання для пріоритетних гравців
• Особисте вирішення складних, нестандартних та конфліктних кейсів (виплати, бонуси, VIP-запити)
• Аудит поточних процесів, виявлення вузьких місць та впровадження нових стандартів роботи

Очікування від кандидата:

• Досвід від 2 років на позиції Team Lead або Head у сфері iGaming - обов'язково. Розуміння психології VIP-гравця та специфіки роботи iGaming
• Досвід керівництва командами від 15 осіб, навички віддаленого онбордингу та мотивації співробітників
• Впевнена робота з Jira, Confluence, BI-системами, Jivo, Sipuni. Досвід використання GPT для автоматизації операційних задач - плюс
• Стресостійкість, аналітичний склад розуму, вміння приймати швидкі рішення в умовах невизначеності

• Вільна російська мова + англійська (обов'язкова для управління міжнародним юнітом)

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Sales Director who will take full ownership of our sales strategy, build and scale a high-performing sales organization, and drive predictable revenue growth. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on the company’s strategic transformation and growth.
 

Our company is evolving from a traditional outstaffing model toward consulting-led, service-product-driven offerings. The Sales Director will play a critical role in shaping and executing this transition on the go-to-market side.

• Own and execute the company’s sales strategy in Western markets
• Build a scalable, system-driven sales function (not hero-based selling)
• Drive the shift from staff augmentation sales to consulting and service-product sales

🔑Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the overall sales and go-to-market strategy aligned with the company strategy
• Build, structure, and scale an outbound-driven B2B sales organization
• Own revenue planning, pipeline health, forecasting, and KPI achievement
• Design and implement sales systems: CRM, analytics, reporting, scripts, playbooks
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop sales managers and sales reps
• Lead complex, high-value B2B deals and enterprise-level negotiations
• Work closely with Marketing on ICP definition, positioning, and lead generation
• Collaborate with Delivery and Account Management to ensure smooth handovers and long-term account growth
• Represent the company externally: clients, partners, events, and industry forums
   

🔥What we need from you:
 

General

• Fluent English (C1 or higher)
• 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role (Sales Director / Head of Sales / Commercial Director) in B2B IT services (IT outsourcing, custom software development, consulting, data, AI, cloud, etc.)
• Proven experience in outbound sales to Western markets (USA, UK, EU, Canada) — mandatory
• Track record of building or restructuring a sales department and achieving planned KPIs
• Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based sales
• Experience managing and closing large, complex B2B deals
• High financial literacy: revenue planning, forecasting, unit economics, margins
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
• Experience implementing and owning CRM systems and sales analytics
• Willingness to travel for business development and client engagements
   

AI & Tooling Expectations

• Confident user of modern AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) in sales workflows
• Experience or strong interest in AI-powered sales tools and automation
• Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills for financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

RankSector (part of ScaleValley companies) is an AI-powered growth platform helping agencies and businesses get discovered through AI search, organic content, and automated distribution. We're commercially pre-launch, founder-funded, and led by a repeat founder with two prior exits. The product, positioning, outbound stack, and partner economics are already built — we now need the first commercial operator to turn that into a revenue engine.

This is a hands-on early commercial operator role, not a "manage a team and make slides" job. You'll work directly with the founder to turn the existing product, outbound infrastructure, and partner offer into a repeatable revenue engine. You'll build lists, write cold email, run campaigns, recruit partners, take calls, close deals, and keep improving the system.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Cold outbound to digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and web design agencies, plus adjacent B2B service businesses
• Partner and affiliate recruitment, especially agencies that can resell RankSector to their clients
• Campaign building using Instantly, Clay, Apify, warmed inboxes, enrichment workflows, and AI-agent playbooks
• Discovery calls with direct customers and white-label partners
• Closing direct customers and activating signed partners
• Partner follow-up through their first paying client
• Weekly written reporting on what's working and what should change

You won't be handed a perfect machine — you'll get infrastructure, fast founder support, and a clear commercial offer. Your job is to make it produce.

THE OFFER YOU'LL SELL

RankSector helps agencies and businesses create, publish, and distribute content that improves organic visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI/search discovery channels. Early affiliate partners earn 40% recurring commission; agencies can refer clients or white-label the product. You'll help sharpen the pitch as real market data comes in.

FIRST 90 DAYS

• First 30 days — Launch outbound campaigns to defined agency segments; recruit the first batch of qualified affiliate/reseller partners; book discovery calls; identify which ICPs, offers, and angles get replies; deliver a written recommendation on what to double down on.
• First 60 days — Build consistent pipeline from outbound and partner recruitment; close initial direct customers and/or activate first producing partners; improve copy, targeting, enrichment, and follow-up; create a repeatable partner onboarding process.
• First 90 days (targets) — 100–180 recruited partners; 10–18 producing partners or serious reseller opportunities; at least $5,000 in sourced MRR; a clear written growth playbook for the next stage.

Targets are formally reviewed at day 30 and recalibrated based on real campaign data. We care about revenue and producing partners, not vanity activity.

COMPENSATION

• Base: €1,500/month
• Ramp guarantee: €750/month minimum variable pay for the first 2 months (total pay won't drop below €2,250/month during ramp)
• Direct-close commission: 25% of direct-closed MRR
• Affiliate/partner-sourced commission: 10% of affiliate-sourced MRR
• Commission duration: paid on collected revenue for each account's first 12 months
• Upside: uncapped
• Base increase: doubles to €3,000/month after two consecutive months at or above $25,000 sustained sourced MRR

The two commission rates exist because affiliate-sourced revenue already includes the affiliate's own commission.

Example: Sourcing $4,000 direct-closed MRR + $6,000 affiliate-sourced MRR ≈ €1,500 base + $1,000 direct commission + $600 partner commission ≈ €3,100/month total (currency conversion dependent). As sourced MRR compounds, strong performers should reach €4,000–€7,500+/month.

Attribution is tracked via Stripe, Rewardful, and written CRM/source records — sourcing shouldn't become a debate.

HOW WE WORK

Async, fast, high ownership: no daily standups, weekly written updates, fast founder feedback, decisions turned around within 12 hours when possible, clear ownership of your number, direct access to product/positioning/pricing decisions, no corporate politics.

This is a contractor role. You invoice through your own company or equivalent. The agreement includes standard confidentiality, IP assignment for work created for RankSector, and a 12-month non-solicitation clause.

WHAT MAKES SOMEONE EXCELLENT IN THIS ROLE

You're likely a strong fit if you have hands-on cold email campaign experience; know tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, Apify, BuiltWith, StoreLeads, or similar; can write cold email that gets replies; understand enrichment, segmentation, deliverability, inbox rotation, and testing; are comfortable using AI tools/agents to move faster; can run discovery calls in fluent English; can sell to agency owners and B2B service businesses; think commercially in pipeline, CAC, conversion, payback, MRR, and activation; prefer written communication over meetings; are comfortable with performance-based upside; and can operate without being told every next step.

Affiliate, reseller, agency sales, SEO, SaaS, or white-label experience is a strong plus.
