YGO.ai is a VC-funded AI tourism platform. We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Partner to support our small product engineering pods across our AI travel assistant, content enrichment system and partner integrations.

This is a supportive senior product role, not a head of product or a pod lead. You'll partner with two to three engineering pods, each of which has its own lead, on market, B2B client, UX and commercial product work. You need to be technically experienced enough to discuss prompts, evals, model behaviour and architecture with engineers as peers, and willing to build little things on your own.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop the marketing strategy aligned with J-Vers business goals.

• Create full sales-enablement suite: decks, one-pagers, battlecards.
• Build the first inbound flow (lead magnets, LinkedIn/social/email campaigns, MQL → SQL).
• Support Affiliate program: landing creation, partner messaging, promotion materials.
• Gather market signals and work with Product Team on roadmap input and feature prioritisation.

About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking VIP Manager to build strong relationships with high-value players and drive retention across European markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a personalized VIP experience, increasing player engagement, and maximizing player lifetime value.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with VIP players.

Key Responsibilities:

Junior–Mid Technical Product Manager (Monetization) — Android Apps

Remote | Full-time | Long-term

We are looking for a Junior–Mid Technical Product Manager to work on our Android app portfolio, with a dedicated focus on technical monetization execution.

The role is highly hands-on and technical: you will work closely with the Monetization Lead and R&D to configure, test, and optimize our mobile monetization systems (Ads, Subscriptions, and In-App Purchases). You will bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution—ensuring SDKs, configurations, and user flows are implemented flawlessly.

 Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠Define and document product requirements and user flows across our portfolio of Android apps.
•⁠  ⁠Write clear, detailed technical specifications, developer tickets, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
•⁠  ⁠Work closely with R&D during implementation to ensure technical requirements are met.
•⁠  ⁠Manage, update, and validate complex JSON/remote configurations for ad placements, paywalls, and feature flags.
•⁠  ⁠Monitor app behavior, monetization performance, and system health using Google Play Console, Firebase, and Crashlytics.
•⁠  ⁠Troubleshoot technical monetization issues (e.g., ad loading failures, broken purchase flows) alongside the engineering team.
•⁠  ⁠Validate features and monetization flows before release to ensure a seamless user experience.
•⁠  ⁠Support product improvements, A/B tests, and subscription conversion-related tasks.

Requirements:

•⁠  ⁠Experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, Product Operations, or a highly technical QA/Data Analyst looking to transition into product management.
•⁠  ⁠Experience working with mobile apps, preferably within the Android ecosystem.
•⁠  ⁠Solid technical literacy: Comfort working with JSON configurations, reviewing API payloads, and communicating effectively with developers on technical architecture.
•⁠  ⁠Familiarity with mobile monetization concepts (how ads are served, how subscription paywalls function, or how IAPs work).
