About the role: We’re looking for a proactive and driven Partner Development Manager to build and scale our global partner network. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B or SaaS partnerships, excited to take ownership of partnership strategy and execution from the ground up.
You’ll work directly with the leadership team, help define our partner playbook, identify and onboard new resellers, referral and WhiteLabel partners, and actively support their success.
Key tasks:
- Build and launch a scalable partner program (reseller, referral, and white-label);
- Create and adapt partner program materials: agreements, onboarding docs, sales enablement kits, etc.;
- Conduct market research and identify high-potential regions and verticals;
- Source and engage with prospective partners (VARs, resellers, consultants, integrators);

- Build and implement an outbound sales strategy, starting with defining and segmenting Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Define and set up the end-to-end sales flow: from lead generation to deal closing and transition to the Account Management team.
- Execute hands-on outbound campaigns.
- Orchestrate the sales cycle by actively involving the existing Sales/Account team.
Analyze sales metrics and conversion rates to continuously refine the outreach strategy and lead management process.
Knowledge and skills required
- 3+ years of experience in B2B tech/SaaS sales with a strong focus on outbound.
- Experience in building sales processes, scripts, and funnels from scratch.
- Ability to understand and sell technical solutions to decision-makers.
- Fluent level of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency with modern sales-related software such as CRMs, outreach automation tools, etc.
