This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements.
Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.

What we're looking for:
 

• Completed relevant PM courses or certifications
• Strong motivation to grow in project management and build a career in IT
• English level B2+
• Attention to detail and a structured, responsible approach to work
• Basic understanding of task prioritization and team communication
   

What you'll be doing:
 

• Supporting the PM team throughout the project lifecycle - from pre-sales to delivery
• Assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly planning under mentor guidance
• Working with technical documentation and helping keep it up to date
• Tracking tasks, deadlines, and workload across projects
• Preparing status updates and progress reports for the team and stakeholders

SAP Ecosystem Knowledge, AI:

Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP Analytics Cloud).

We’re looking for a highly experienced, versatile and passionate Technical Artist to join our growing team. As a Technical Artist, you’ll work closely with our game design and development team to shape our production pipeline while creating innovative playable ads (responsive mini-games) that reach millions of users worldwide. 
 

Responsibilities

• Animate and integrate 2D/3D assets and visual effects into playable ads, ensuring they are both beautiful and performant.
• Build game mechanics and levels, focusing on the "juice" polish, feel, and visual feedback.
• Design and optimize workflows for exporting assets from creative tools (Photoshop, Blender) into the playable pipeline.
• Implement advanced optimization techniques (texture packing, draw call reduction, asset compression) to keep playables under strict 2MB–5MB limits.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating animations for mobile games, UI animations, visual effects and character animations.
• Experience working with media creation tools such as Adobe photoshop, After Effects and Blender.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (assets generation, code assistance, or automation) to accelerate the creative pipeline.
• Passion for solving problems.
• Self-organized, proactive and self-taught.
• Strong ownership of tasks and ability to work independently.
• Enthusiastic about new technologies, mobile in particular.
