• Define model behavior guardrails and safety controls
• Lead golden dataset validation strategy
• Own AI risk mitigation (hallucination control, determinism limits)
• Collaborate with BE/FE/DevOps on integration
• Technical leadership & code review for AI components

Requirements: 

• 5+ years in AI or ML engineering
• Strong hands-on with LLM APIs Azure AI Foundry
• Prompt engineering in production systems
• Experience with RAG / structured API orchestration
• Understanding of AI governance & enterprise compliance
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

Role Overview:  As a full-time Junior Researcher at Brebeneskul, you’ll contribute to generating insights that support our clients’ success. Reporting directly to the Head of Research, you’ll collaborate on diverse client-facing research projects and deliver tailored lists of decision-makers that power our outbound engagement campaigns.

You Bring:

•  Ideally, prior lead generation/market research experience
