Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Unity Developer with strong Photon Engine experience to join our remote team. This role focuses on building and optimizing multiplayer VR experiences for our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Unity-based features for VR environments
• Implement and optimize multiplayer functionality using Photon Engine
• Collaborate with designers and developers to build immersive VR experiences
• Improve performance and stability for VR and real-time multiplayer interactions
• Debug and resolve Unity/networking-related issues

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Unity Developer (preferably in VR)
• Strong C# and Unity scripting skills
• Commercial experience with Photon Engine (PUN / Fusion / Realtime) — required
• Experience building multiplayer features in Unity
• Solid understanding of multiplayer networking concepts (sync, latency, RPC/events, state management)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• English proficiency for collaboration in an international team
