Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain on-prem and cloud infrastructure architecture.
- Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters at scale.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
- Own monitoring, logging, alerting, and overall observability.
- Continuously improve system performance, scalability, stability, and resilience.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across networking, Kubernetes, cloud, and
application layers.
- Collaborate closely with development, SRE, and operations teams to identify
bottlenecks and improve software delivery processes.
- Implement best practices in security, access control, and compliance.
- Contribute to technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and team guidance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development and/or infrastructure roles
- Strong hands-on experience in production environments.
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms, including design, build, deployment, and
ongoing operations.
Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and working with Infrastructure as
Code.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Experience working on mission-critical systems, such as fintech, payments, gaming, or
banking platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure, solve complex problems, and take end-to-end
ownership.
- High-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive mindset, independence, and fast learning ability.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading complex infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations.
- Experience designing and implementing disaster recovery and high availability
solutions.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and scaling.
- Experience with data platforms, streaming technologies, and SQL/NoSQL systems.
- Familiarity with AI and ML solutions at the infrastructure and platform level.
