      • building strong relationships with candidates & hiring managers

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
    • Creative thinking, readiness to adapt, and a constant desire to improve the interaction with candidates to achieve the set goals

    Responsibilities:

    • Search for candidates for open positions using the agency’s database, social networks, and specialized forums in Ukraine and the EU.
    • Engage candidates, conduct interviews, and perform initial screenings.
    • Submit candidates' resumes to clients for review and guide them through all stages of the selection process.
    • Conduct meetings with clients to gather requirements.
    • Teach and mentor sourcers as needed.

     

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
    • Experience in sales and/or working in a recruitment agency is a plus.
    • Proven ability to close CxO-level positions.
    • Experience with non-technical roles (e.g., HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance).
    • Proficient in Boolean search techniques.
    • Skilled in various job interview techniques.
    • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Fluent in Ukrainian (corporate language).
    • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
    • Demonstrates proactivity, energy, responsibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with people.

     

    Additional Information:

    • We collaborate with leading software companies, including some from the iGaming industry.
    • Contract: PE; payments made in USD/EUR/UAH.
    • Compensation: Base salary (25,000–40,000 UAH) + bonuses (300–1,000 USD, depending on the position).
    • Tools: ATS, Djinni access, and one LinkedIn Recruiter license for targeted searches.

    What are the qualifications?
     

    • 2+ years of proven experience in technical recruitment within the IT industry, with a preference for experience with the US and EU customers and candidates.
    • C1-level English proficiency, with exceptional business correspondence skills. B2-level candidates with strong communication abilities will also be considered.
    • Background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, with a solid understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
    • Strong ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings, demonstrating respect for cultural differences and adapting communication styles accordingly to build rapport and trust.
