Key Responsibilities: 
 

• Design & Develop Workflows: Create complex automation workflows (primarily in n8n) that integrate various services (APIs, databases, third-party tools) and AI capabilities to streamline marketing operations. This includes multi-step flows with conditional logic, error handling, and monitoring.
• AI-Powered Automation: Integrate AI agents and LLMs into the workflows for intelligent decision-making and content generation. Leverage frameworks like LangChain and services like OpenRouter to add NLP and generative AI components where they add value (e.g. automating outreach messages, summarizing data).
• No-Code/Low-Code Integration: Utilize and interconnect no-code tools such as Airtable (for data management), Bubble or Strapi (for building simple interfaces/admin panels), and use Looker or similar BI tools for dashboards. Ensure these tools work in harmony as part of a unified automation ecosystem.
• Web Data Gathering: Use web automation and scraping tools (e.g. Apify or custom Python scripts) to collect and process data relevant to marketing campaigns (such as lead information, social media data, etc.), and feed this data into the workflows.

Required Skills & Experience: 
 

• Automation & Workflow Design: Proven experience (1+ years) in building complex workflows or process automations using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar.
• Programming: Strong programming skills, especially in Python (for writing custom scripts, integrations, or data processing as needed). Familiarity with JavaScript/React/TypeScript is a plus.
• AI Integration: Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML services into applications or workflows. For example, working with APIs like OpenAI/Anthropic or using libraries/frameworks to incorporate language models into processes.
• API & Web Services: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and authentication (OAuth, API keys). Ability to connect and orchestrate multiple services via API calls, and transform data (JSON, CSV, etc.)
• Data Management: Experience with databases or cloud spreadsheets. You should know how to structure data in Airtable or databases and manage data flows between systems. Basic knowledge of SQL or Airtable scripting is a plus.
• Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and tools such as Airtable, Bubble, Strapi, etc. Experience using Looker or other BI tools to create dashboards is nice to have (for reporting on marketing KPIs).
• Web Scraping/Automation: Experience using Apify, Selenium, or similar tools for web data extraction and browser automation tasks.
• Dev Practices: Comfort with version control (Git) and using modern dev environments. Ability to quickly prototype and test solutions, possibly using tools like Replit. (Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor is a plus.)

• Soft Skills: Independent and proactive work style – you take ownership of projects and can drive them with minimal guidance. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to research & learn new technologies on the fly. Good communication skills to collaborate with a non-engineering team (marketing) and explain complex ideas in simple terms.

Role Overview

Design, implement, and maintain algorithmic/statistical trading strategies and the supporting infrastructure — from data ingestion to execution and monitoring.
 

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-frequency CEX trading strategies.
• Build exchange connectors (REST/WebSocket), data listeners, and file/TS storage.
• Implement strategy simulators/backtests; validate results.
• Develop position, order-management, and execution components.
• Own reliability, observability, and CI/CD for your services.
• Collaborate with the TL on code reviews, design, and strategy iteration.
   

What You’ll Work With

• Python for data & network processing (asyncio, numpy, websockets, REST APIs).
• Unix environments, AWS, shell scripting (bash), Git/GitHub.
• (Nice to have) pandas, scipy, Docker, Kubernetes, socat.

• Python: familiar with data and network processing
• Real interest in crypto trading: built bots, traded on CEX/DEX; maybe simple mem-searchers.

• High work ethic, high code standards, team-first mindset, healthy ambition (no ego).
• Practical crypto experience and a habit of asking “why” and digging into data.

We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer to work on a cloud-native SaaS, the platform that leverages advanced data processing pipelines, continuous integration and delivery, and distributed computation to ensure high availability and performance across global deployments.
