    Earnings: $500 fixed salary per month + bonuses. 
    With bonuses for meeting the minimum KPI, you are guaranteed to earn from $250 to $750 per month. To earn more, you need to participate in sales, allowing the Sales Manager to share their bonus with you (a common practice). All team members who have worked with us as Sales Managers or Lead Sales Managers started as Lead Generation Managers (IT, Sales).

    Requirements

    • English: at least Upper- Intermediate written, is required;
    • 6+ months of experience in IT lead generation;
    • Have an understanding of web development technologies;
    • Be ready to study a large theoretical base of IT terms and concepts needed for daily work;
    • Willingness to study sales literature and develop yourself further as a sales specialist;
