- Optimize approval rates, reduce declines & chargebacks, improve retry success
- Integrate new PSPs, gateways, and APMs for US, Latin America, and Europe
- Analyze payment performance by method, country, and device
- Build and scale billing roadmap, processes, and team
- Collaborate with product, analytics, engineering, and support

Skills & Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in billing / payments / fintech
- Deep knowledge of PSPs, APIs, cards, APMs, fraud prevention, and chargebacks
